No aftercare or refund for return item!

I purchased a pair of joggers but had to return as they were too small.
As per their returns instructions I submitted a request to return them and received no confirmation. I then emailed customer service a few times to confirm return details - again without reply. I then just posted the joggers to their return address with tracking that confirms delivery - still no response, confirmation, and over 2 weeks later - no refund. I've also dm'd on their Instagram account - again with no response.
Never have I ever experienced a total absence of care. Thankfully, this was a a trial first (and now only) order with them.
I'll be making sure I share my experience all over their social media to help protect others and will report them to training standards.

Don't buy from here

I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at Okuh studios. My trainers arrived but they were the wrong fit, so I wanted to return them. When I requested a return I received an email telling me I would receive another email with returns instructions. This second email never arrived, so I emailed twice asking for instructions and received no reply. I then sent them a DM on instagram and they replied saying I could send them back to the address. I asked whether I would receive confirmation when they had been received and they said "Of course." 4 weeks later I had heard nothing from them and not received a refund. I had used a signed for and tracked delivery as returns weren't free, and I could see that they had been delivered. I then sent two more emails to which I had no reply. I sent two more DMs on instagram - no reply. They finally replied when I commented on their most recent photo asking them to reply to me. I finally got a refund but shouldn't have had to chase this down. I voiced my disappointment to them in a DM afterwards to which they replied "Ok x" - no apologies for the inconvenience or poor service.

I'm very disappointed in this brand that appears to be sustainable, but has such bad ethics when it comes to customer service. Do better.
