This is a terrible excuse for a company

This is a terrible excuse for a company. Someone broke the mirror of our car in Italy and when we tried to contact okmobility, none of the numbers listed worked so we were left with no idea what to do. When I arrived at the airport in Milan to confront the people in the store they told me to call a number which is not reachable and gaslit me telling it was our fault and we had to pay for everything ourselves even though we paid for full coverage. Sincerely, **** this company.

!!!!TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I took out a 3-month subscription and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster.

* 1st car – brake issues
* 2nd car – electrical faults
* 3rd car – battery problems
* 4th car – punctured tyre
* 5th car – finally, no issues

The staff are completely unhelpful and seem to have no idea what’s going on. Head office is even worse—no accountability whatsoever. I’ve sent six emails over the past three months and haven’t received a single response.

To top it off, when I went to return the car, I was told I’d be charged “special cleaning” fees or my deposit wouldn’t be returned. When I asked what that actually meant, no one could give me an answer.

This level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company

I strongly do not recommend OK Mobility…

I strongly do not recommend OK Mobility at Palma de Mallorca Airport.

I paid extra for late-night pickup, but the desk was closed and no one was there. I also upgraded to a premium package, yet received a faulty car the next day (damaged brakes and no working A/C).

Staff were unfriendly, and the whole process was chaotic. I was even offered a Porsche for a large extra fee, but it was never actually provided.

No response to my complaint so far.

I had good experiences with OK Mobility in Malaga, but in Palma I would never use them again. Avoid—choose another rental company.

I had an outstanding experience with OK…

I had an outstanding experience with OK Mobility in Agadir, and it is all thanks to the incredible team there. Rachid and Kamal were absolutely wonderful—they greeted me with big smiles and made the whole process feel welcoming and easy.
What truly set them apart was their support after I had an incident. They didn't just hand over the keys and forget about me; they proactively followed up with all the necessary information and documentation I needed to get my insurance claim processed.
It is rare to find such dedicated customer service. Huge thanks to Rachid and Kama for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend OK Mobility Agadir if you want a company that truly looks after its guests!"

PLEASE AVOID.

PLEASE AVOID.

We had a completely negative experience with this holiday car hire. We had specifically booked a Fiat 500 (from Santiago De Compostela), but upon arrival were told the company had overbooked. Instead of offering a similar small vehicle, we were given a 7-seater long wheelbase bus……you CANNOT make this up…..!! This was totally impractical for our needs and far from what we had reserved. Parking it became an exercise in vehicle logistics because underground parking can be extremely tight in Spain with seriously low headroom and narrow lanes.

The larger vehicle came with astronomical fuel consumption, which significantly increased our costs throughout the trip. What should have been an economical rental turned into an expensive and frustrating experience.

My wife called customer service and spent nearly 90 minutes trying to arrange a comparable car to the one we originally ordered, but no satisfactory solution was offered. To make matters worse, the staff on site were rude and dismissive. When my wife raised the issue, they actually laughed at her complaint, which was both unprofessional and hugely disrespectful. It’s at that point I spoke to the woman I assumed was the manager and she simply smirked at me and said take it or leave it. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in the 30 years I’ve been visiting Galicia. She even told me that it was a car……!!! The T Class is a van-based compact MPV designed for families and active leisure users….!

Overall, this was extremely poor service from start to finish. Overbooking, lack of suitable alternatives, unhelpful customer support, and rude staff made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company. When our plane landed we were collected at the airport in a bus similar to the one that they gave us. As it was a morning flight everyone was already at work, hence being collected in the transit bus but we were told that when we drop off the bus that we needed to call a taxi to get us to the airport as no one will be there as it’s too early; UNBELIEVABLE…….!!!! We dropped it off at 6am and the taxi rocked up after 25 minutes. It was 1 degrees Celsius and freezing, thankfully it wasn’t raining but if you hire from this cowboy organization be warned that car collection is off site of the airport and if your return flight is early you’ll have to arrange a taxi which frankly is utterly inconvenient and doesn’t put the customers first. I made sure that BEFORE we left the office I had fully photographed everything on the bus as I felt that after the incident collecting the bus I would ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUST them with post rental review.

Dodgy scammers

Dodgy, borderline scam operation. On 08.04.2026 around 6 p.m., two employees tried to pressure me into buying unnecessary additional insurance by falsely claiming my two credit cards were not valid. I watched them pull the exact same trick on the two customers before me — clearly a pattern, not a mistake.

I ended up canceling my booking and going back to the airport to rent from a legitimate company instead, where everything worked perfectly with no games or excuses.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being misled and pressured into paying extra for nothing.

Mixed experience: smooth return but chaotic pickup

The pickup process from the airport was disorganized and stressful.
There was no designated waiting line or order. Instead, everyone rushed the shuttle bus at once.
The staff should manage this better by checking arrival times or names, rather than a "first-come, first-served" scramble.
It’s especially frustrating when the bus fills up with passengers/luggage while drivers are left waiting.

I was given a Hyundai i10 (approx. 25,000 km) with an automatic transmission.
In my opinion, this does not meet the standards of the ESAS category I booked, which usually implies a higher-spec vehicle.
The car had several visible external damages. Even with full insurance coverage, driving a car in that condition still causes unnecessary worry.

The return process was quick and easy.
The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Worst Car Hire Experience Ever

In February I collected a car from OK Mobility's Valencia Airport pickup centre. I had booked the 9 day car hire several weeks prior, paying a deposit online using my credit card. The deposit was debited immediately from my account. I was well aware that I needed to use the same credit card to pay for the car and had to present that plastic card in person. As I was not taking out the option of comprehensive insurance, I knew OK Mobility would block 1,300 Euros on my card as security, should anything happen to the car. It's a risk I know, but that's how I prefer to hire cars and it’s always worked out. On arrival to collect, the customer serviceman advised the card I was presenting (the same one I paid the deposit) was not a credit card, only a debit card. For that reason they were unable to block any security funds on the card and therefore I would need to take out the comprehensive insurance. The cheapest insurance option was 243 Euros, although I was encouraged to take out a higher level of cover. I disputed this, advising it's absolutely a credit card and I asked that he should show me how he's entering the numbers into the computer. He did, advising he only needed to enter the 1st eight digits, not all sixteen digits. I insisted that he enter all sixteen digits but he refused, advising either I take his word for it or leave, forfeiting my deposit. Having flown 31 hours from Australia and needing to travel, I paid the insurance fee on top of the car hire fee. That evening I called my bank in Australia, who confirmed that the card was indeed a credit card. I then researched online reviews on OK Mobility and several customers made the same complaint - essentially, their credit card being rejected on arrival and then being given the ultimatum to pay the comprehensive insurance or leave the premises. Some reviewers even suggested that OK Mobility was in the business of selling car insurance 1st, card hire second. Validated by so many bad reviews and with legal support, I wrote to OK Mobility head office voicing my annoyance and how badly I had been handled by their onsite staff. I got a generalised email back offering 10% on my next booking. When I dropped off the car in Seville, I relayed my bad experience with the person behind the desk. I asked if she wouldn’t mind entering my card’s details into her database, as I was travelling through Spain and Portugal over 3 months and didn’t want to come across the same problem with other car hire companies. She obliged, advising my card was indeed showing up as credit card. All I can say is, Never Again OK Mobility. Worst car hire experience ever.

Do not recommend OK Mobility Valencia.

We had a poor experience on multiple fronts:

- **Downgraded car.** The car we received was smaller and less luxurious than the category we had booked and paid for. No explanation, no compensation offered.
- **Extremely high deposit.** They block €2000 for the car plus another €200 for fuel. That is a significant amount to have tied up on your credit card during a holiday.
- **Charged for damages that were not caused during our rental period.** We disputed the charge, but it made no difference – we were forced to pay in the end. Be warned that once they decide to charge you, you will not win.
- **Unfriendly staff at the counter.** No warmth, no willingness to help, and a generally dismissive attitude throughout the handover.
- **Closed before official closing time.** Their opening hours state they are open until 11:00 PM, but we arrived at 10:50 PM and the doors were already shut. If you are counting on returning a car before closing, be warned.

The car itself was "ok" – nothing more, nothing less – but that is the only neutral thing I can say. Between the downgrade, the unjustified (and unchallengeable) damage charges, the huge deposit, the rude service, and the unreliable opening hours, I would strongly recommend choosing a different rental company in Valencia.

Worst rental company ever

I have rented cars all over the World and this company tops the ranking of worst car rental companies ever. Almost everything from customer service to vehicle was terrible.

However the real challenge was returning the car. When my grand father passed away I was forced to extend the rental one day to attend the funeral but we were unable to get through customer service until 10am on the day of the rental because all the customer services (phone, messaging, whatsapp, email) were closed from 6pm to 10am. When we finally got through at 10:05am, we were told that we could not extend it and we were forced to pay a penalty. The treatment and lack of empathy is absolutely shocking.
