Same as the rest of these Guys I ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas in like September of last year, they stopped corresponding with my wife through email and I also suspect I'll never see my stepdaughter's purrmaid, my sister inlaws stitch, my mother inlaws labyrinth worm, or my falcor and flipping me off mogwai and the things I got my wife. If anyone hears,about a class action let me know.

Yeah... spent several weeks (almost 4 months) in communication with them about an order... responses centered around "please have patience," "hand made product production" time, covid interference and so on. As of today, April 1, 2022, their site is no longer up and running and emails are now "failure" through Google. I know, the jokes on me. Haha. I suspect we'll never see our stuffed animals OR money.

I brought from them a good 3 or 4 months ago, nothing arrived so I messaged them, I was told that my payment had failed and to resend it. I send them the screenshot that in fact the money definitely did not fail and all of a sudden they won’t message me back now

I'm planning on getting me a lawyer I'm not going to be stolen from I ordered Dec 11 it said it would be here on the 21 still not here STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SITE AND DONT BUY ANYTHING

Wish I would have seen all these reviews before I bought Christmas gifts from them. I put in my order on November 30th, 2021 thinking that would be a good amount of time before Christmas.....still don't have the items or any updates. Please do not buy from this website!!

Bought an item from here over a month ago because I knew shipping would be crazy around Christmas & the New Year with covid, but wanted to get my sister a nice gift. Her bday was this past weekend & my order STILL says awaiting shipment. Customer service won't respond to my emails & all the reviews here say the same thing I just experienced 🙃

They are a scam never sent my items. Had to go through my credit card company to get my money back

They took my money and won't give it back. They need to be sued or put in jail or prison.

So I purchase the Lilo and stitch hand craft toy and I got it for about 39 bucks. It said that it will take 3 to 5 business days to ship and of course it's been more than two weeks and all I've been getting is endless emails saying that it's due to COVID-19. Then I get emails saying that all of the reviews about them are fake and it's just from another competitor trying to make their company look bad. Don't ever use OK hoodie because they have multiple websites called boutiques, OK hoodie, majority of, service. These are all the websites they use. And I'm pretty sure it's ran by one person because the spelling and the typing was exactly the same and they didn't give me any address or any phone number either. I hope OK hoodie sees this email and I know they're located in China because I track down their websites IP and it took me to China.

Scam! They will never send you the items and will continue to tell you to wait. I ended up getting a refund through my bank.

BEWARE this place is a scam thankfully i got my money back had to go through my bank, because they kept giving me run around. You will not get your product just constant emails saying they are running behind and to give them time. Its a giant scam dont walk but run away

No communication, been a month since purchase and order says awaiting shipment however i also google searched some products today and the originals cost £100+ and this company is selling them for 20... definitely a scam.

The website said my card was declined (card worked perfectly fine on Amazon). So googled in and saw these reviews. Checked my account and the amount it gone.

Weeks later and my purchased item has not even been shipped. There has been no communication to trust that I am waiting for any legitimate reason. I wholeheartedly suspect that I have been scammed.

Bogus company. Took money but never sent the products. Don't buy anything!
