This company didn't just do a bad job. Their unlicensed, illegal installation poisoned my home's air with carbon monoxide. A licensed HVAC technician measured the poison gas from their work at 5-28 ppm and shut the system off on the spot to prevent my family from being killed in our sleep.
I had to take them to court to make it right. I won. The Oklahoma County Court issued a judgment against them for over $5,700 (Case SC-2025-20581) for creating this life-threatening hazard and the cost to fix their lethal mistakes.
They have since refused to obey the court and pay a single cent.
Let me be clear: They are not just bad contractors. They are a public safety hazard who ignore the law. Hiring them is an active risk to your family's life. The court has confirmed it.

I would not recommend OKC Plumbing & HVAC. While they were affordable, the experience was a massive headache.
They installed a faulty unit and immediately blamed my electrician, forcing me to pay for two unnecessary service calls to prove it was their mistake. They never once acknowledged their error.
Communication was terrible—the only time they called was to demand payment. After multiple technician visits, I requested basic documentation of the work performed. I was ghosted for two weeks until they called again for money. When I repeated my request, I was ghosted again.
The owner stated it is "not their standard business practice" for technicians to keep records. This is a major red flag for anyone making a thousand-dollar investment. If a company doesn't care enough to keep records, how can you expect them to care enough to do the job correctly? Look elsewhere.
It wasn't until they saw my review and became concerned about their reputation and finally responded to my request.
