The ornament was personalized well but the product is not what is pictured. I bought this ornament expecting a 3 D ornament. It is not! I wish I could get my money back. Not accurate in what they show vs what you get!

I had no issues with personalization and set up, however, I did pay the extra money to expedite the shipping so I hope it's here before Christmas. Thank you.

Very very disappointed. Way to tiny won’t be able to see it

The print is excellent. My only complaint is that my order did take some time, but for a personalized print like these, I really shouldn't complain!

The checkout was complicated. We thought we had already ordered my son's gift and now are crossing our fingers it will be here in time.

I do not recommend ordering anything from this company. My order arrived yesterday. It was not at all as advertised. I ordered a 3-D model. It came as a flat piece of plastic minuscule in comparison to what they showed online they are fraudsters and trying to rip you off I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for their fraudulent behavior. Do not order from this company. They are scammers!

On the website a nice 3D ornament, in real life a small plastic thingy … not worth a penny … why misleading people so much … this is really bad … The item was nothing as on the website …. Never again ! Full fake

I ordered 3 weeks ago. I received a confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking number is "unknown." I haven't gotten my merchandise. I sent an email in an attempt to get information about my purchase. No response. I should've read the reviews prior to buying. LOTS of warnings about how poor the product and process is. Lesson learned.

Orders not delivered after 5 weeks and still missing even after paying for fast delivery and insurance

The order took an extremely long time. If you look at the motorcycle ornament on their website, it looks 3D. We thought we were getting a little motorcycle. It is not. It is a flat ornament. Not that impressive for the money. Buyer beware. We should have looked more closely.

You should have disclosed from the beginning that this item is being shipped from the UK. I wasn't made aware of that until after I'd completed my order. I know there's no way in hell I'll receive this in time to give to my granddaughter for Christmas.

I ordered the softball Christmas ornament that was shown on instagram and facebook. When I received the product it nothing like what was advertised. The website and advertisements show a very detailed 3 dimensional ornament. What I got was a cheap piece of flat plastic that’s looked nothing like what was advised. As far as I’m concerned this is fraudulent

Picture of the product on your website showed it at least 7-8 inches high if not more. When received it was maybe 4-5 inches with a sticker on the bottle with the name on it. The stopper was a cheap piece of plastic. Very poorly made very cheaply made extremely disappointed for something costing so much. Embarrassed to give this as a Christmas gift.

I was so excited when I ordered these personalized decorations for my grandchildren. They all excel in sports and I thought this would be a wonderful gift for them. When I receive them, I was so disappointed in the quality of the product number one that came in groups, which meant that the ornaments were scratched. The clarity of the imaging was poor and for the price I paid $150 in total for five decorations the quality was pretty much dollar store. I am in tears because I was so excited to give these to my grandkids and I’m embarrassed that I spent that kind of money on them.

The ornament is beautiful. The order was accurate and I received it timely.
