Suzanne at the Tunbridge wells branch was so hopeful. Having never shopped in Oka before she walked us round to look at all the sofa and what could work.Explained that I could bring in a video of the room and they will help build the layered look I am trying to achieve. Ended up with a lovely rug for one of our rooms that I felt confident to buy as I could return easily if I did not like it

Above and beyond customer service
From the moment I first called Tunbridge Wells and spoke to Simona, she couldn't have been any more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to give me the best experience when ordering a number of items for my home. It was a joy when finally I got to meet both Simona and her colleague Chris who were as delightful in person and were a joy to deal with. Not only are the products superb, but the whole customer service was exemplary. Well done! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Simona in the Tunbridge Wells branch goes above and beyond!! I have ordered furniture a few times from The OKA store and she has always been a delight as is her assistant Chris. The quality of the products is very high, well made and gorgeous designs.

We paid a visit to the Tunbridge Wells…
We paid a visit to the Tunbridge Wells store today. We were just browsing, It's hard just to look and not buy anything, as the products are so lovely! There was a sale on so we purchased two candle holders. We were served by Nawel and she was really friendly and helpful. She packaged our candle holders carefully. The store was clean and tidy and the other lady greeted us when we first went in too. We were very pleased overall.

Chris from the Tunbridge wells store was a great help to me this week.
I called ahead and told him I was coming to buy 4 garden chairs and when I arrived, he had them waiting for me.
It was a hot day, but he happily helped me load them into the car , and then gave me a parking token .
He was very helpful and pleasant.

Stand
The staff at Hoopers did not arrange for anyone to carry the item to my car as it was not in their car park.
i did not wish to move my car as I would have lost my parking space.
The stand works very well in our hall.
