Oka provide excellent customer service with a difference. The staff are first class and go over and above to assist customers with any product queries and advice. This helps the customer when purchasing items. Had i have not spoken with Nicky from the Guildford store I would not have made a purchase so this also helped OKA with their sales. It has been a pleasure shopping with the OKA Guildford store. i have not experienced this type of customer service since pre covid years.

Beautiful lampshade and lovely service
A lampshade I was looking to purchase was not available online and so I rang up the store in Guilford and the staff was so helpful in both finding the product in-store and shipping it to my home address. Really professional, helpful and timely service.
Two feedback I'd give is that the parcel tracking information was not user-friendly. The link in the email did not work and I had to mail customer care who shared the DPD Tracking number. If the DPD Tracking number is shared as soon as available via email in addition to a tracking link that would be helpful
Also the OKA tape used to wrap up the packaging was really difficult to get off. If a more sustainable and good quality alternative is used that'll help make it easier to recycle the cardboard box and packaging material after.

Garden furniture review
The display of the items we were interested in was set out really well. Staff all friendly and Andrea who helped us was excellent. Gave us time to choose and helped us decide which outdoor sofa to buy and just generally all round lovely experience in store.

Oka Guildford Review
I purchased a set for my garden v recently from Oka In Guildford. I was helped by Nicky and she took time to make sure my order was taken correctly, going the extra mile re delivery and sourcing from another store. After sale was just as good as Nicky emailed me to check I was happy with everything. Nothing was too much trouble! The products are perfect for our garden… Thank you Oka.

Great in store advice and throughout the order process. Andrea was super helpful. Sadly the delivery experience does not match the overall experience given the investment we made. We ended up putting the furniture together ourselves.

Great Store
We had great service from Fiona and Diana in Guildford. Our furniture items arrived very quickly. Whilst there was a small issue with part of the delivery, the staff were very quick to fix. The items received were of great quality and we are very happy with our purchases.

I love the OKA store
I love the OKA store. There is aleays something I want to buy. We recently purchased an arm chair which luckily was in stock. From the advice by the sales staff to prompt delivery, everything was fantastic. The chair now has pride of place in our house.

A brilliant in store experience in Oka Guildford. A huge thank you to Danielle Elliott for whom nothing was too much trouble. I needed a delayed delivery slot that I was not able to book online… Danielle sorted it! The cushions I wanted to buy were not in stock in Guildford. - Danielle arranged for them to be delivered to my home from another store! The staff at your Guildford branch are lovely-they talked me through my order and processed it all for me. For some reason the order did not go through so your staff in Bath completed the order. The delivery took 3 days-the chairs were packaged beautifully. The dining chairs we ordered are lovely-perfect for our newly decorated room-thankyou!
