I recently purchased a piece of furniture from OK-Living and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

The product arrived with visible quality defects and missing parts. During assembly, it became clear that not only was the final finish (drawer fronts) of poor quality with black marks, but crucial installation items were also missing, making it impossible to complete the setup properly. Given the structure of the packaging, many defects were only discoverable after progressing halfway through the installation.

Instead of acknowledging the clear faults and offering a fair and practical solution, the company repeatedly insisted that I fully disassemble and repackage the product — a highly impractical demand given that the assembly involved more than 70 individual items (excluding screws and accessories). I explained that disassembling and risking further damage, or misplacement of pieces, was unreasonable, yet they refused any flexible arrangement.

While they eventually offered partial discounts (first 250 DKK, then 400 DKK, and finally 50% off the purchase price), they made it conditional upon settling all claims and still refused to collect the assembled faulty product. Their solutions largely focused on their own convenience rather than resolving the issue for the customer who had already received a defective product.

I was willing to return the product — but as is — without disassembling everything myself, and yet they kept ignoring this point.
I am now escalating the case through the European Consumer Centre and Danish consumer protection authorities.

I have bought bed for my daugter. The delivery was fast and I was informed on the delivery timely but the product came damaged and half unpaked so probably I received returned product. The boxes came with food steps all over them. Screws were everywhere in the box just not in the plastic bag, wood was damaged on many places. For 3500dkk I would expect much better! I have writtend to the customer service and received quick feedback with offer of 20% discount after sharing pictures with them. Mistakes can happend, I would probably still but products from this page and their customer service is proffesional and very quick.

Ordering and delivery were as it should be. But I must say, I'm dissatisfied with the product. The parts don't fit very well and written instructions are unclear. Especially, I don't understand why sides needs to be assembled in the middle. The back plates are both to wide and to high, especially when adding the plastic connections. All in all, product quality below par. Feels like Ikea in the eighties. I will not buy from OK Living again.

Super quick delivery and good service

the furniture itself is good and looks nice, but our problem is with the bulbs. the result and the picture we ordered are different, not all the bulbs fit on the mirror because the distance between them is large because of the cord, which is completely different from the photo. it will not be possible to fix this again because of the size of the cord, it is too long and hangs unattractively on the mirror, because of which we will buy bulbs separately because there is not enough light

It was a bit difficult to read and follow assembly protocol, but was cost effective and nice :)
