Good afternoon, I received my product but it came without Any of the screws or pegs needed to put it together.

Ordered a dining table and 2 benches from them. Was told it would arrive in 2 separate deliveries which we were fine with. Neither turned up. When looking at the tracking and contacting parcelforce they informed us that one parcel was at the deopt and the other had been delivered in Poland. Contacted customer services to see if they can rectify the problem and was told that there is nothing they can do and refusing to give us a refund even though we haven’t had anything delivered us. Terrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend buying from OK- living. Next time we will go to a more reliable company.

Update: company saying they will refund money yet in email exchanges they have said we will get a refund once they have received the items back. Not sure how we can return the items when the one is in poland.

Great product. Only issue was the delay in arrival and late communication BT all good otherwise

Just what I was looking for - the shelving fits perfectly under my eaves. Quick delivery too.

I ordered this for my son. He hasn't had time to build it but the delivery was fine. Slight damage to the box but delivered to correct address. He sometimes has trouble with couriers finding his flat.

It most definitely is not sorted. Still no goods and just a credit note! When you told me you can’t deliver to my address because it does not come up on GPS ridiculous terrible company!!

I initially had my parcel go missing. The customer service team were awesome and got it sorted for me quickly. The bookcase arrived safe and looks great!

I love the dressing table, on arrival the 80cm mirror was shattered within 5 mins of emailing another one was getting delivered unfortunately the second one was also shattered this was obviously a royal mail problem and not ok-living. I again was emailed back immediately and offered either a refund of the mirror cost or another to be sent out, I took the refund and bought a lovely LED mirror that fits perfectly on the dressing table. I would not hesitate to order from this company again because of the excellent customer service and high quality units.

I really wanted to like this shelving unit but the quality is just not there. The vinyl on the shelves is poorly applied especially around where the frame attaches to the shelf. The unit is wonky and leaning to the side and very flimsy. Unfortunately, I will need to return it.

I bought the shoe tipper “ Luca”white 90x170cm ,Vicco,it is amazing 🤩 and also is with mirro to on the side .the delivery it was very quick .
I really recommend very beautiful.

I still have not recieved my goods and no wird on where it is or tracking facility so im very much in the dark at the moment
