We ran out of heating oil on Boxing Day…

We ran out of heating oil on Boxing Day and called Oilfast for a delivery. They said delivery time would be the standard 5-7 working days and asked if it was urgent. I said that we’d just run out and had to get an emergency top up of 200L. They delivered the very next day! Brilliant service during the holiday period.

Great idea

We have the monitor on the tank that lets oil fast know when it needs topped up I never have to worry about checking the oil it just happens an amazing service

My service from oil fast is always 5…

My service from oil fast is always 5 star-that is why I commit to a monthly payment to them for my orders instead of trying to comparing costs and going else where at time of ordering. My oil tank is in an awkward location and most drivers know the quirk but even when a driver is new (or from different area) they are always kind and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble

Friendly staff, prompt deliveries

I am able to pay a monthly amount that helps me spread the cost of my kerosene over the year. The staff are always helpful when I call to0 get a delivery and the delivery is always prompt.
