Beware - Dreadful Customer Service From Oiler & Boiler - Shop Elsewhere.

I have used Oiler & Boiler several times without incident. However, my latest order was for 6 items, and when received, 4 of the 6 were incorrect.
I wrote several emails asking for returns and correct shipments, but there was absolutely no response.
I then tried phone calls, and was assured by Evie that everything would be fixed, but months later it hasn't been.
I say again - BUY ELSEWHERE - otherwise you're in a game of Russian roulette, and if your order goes wrong in any way - YOU LOSE!
Just check all the other one-star reviews here - they had the same experience as I did.

Great designs and quality

Great designs - great quality. They are a great fit and very comfortable. I first used them about 4/5 years ago and they are the only underwear I buy or wear. Make the 'Long Johns' in the patterned material and you'll have another good range, and a guaranteed customer for them.
