Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I agree with many others on here. After being a customer for more than 18 months, I moved house but couldn’t log on to the Customer Portal to change my address as it said ‘customer not found’ I have emailed 7 times and submitted messages on the website 5 times and still nobody has got back to me and they keep taking my money and sending products to my old address which I obviously can’t access. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received.

Impossible to contact when things go…

Impossible to contact when things go wrong. My order for April hasn't arrived (I've been charged). The only way to contact them is through their website and I have done this twice with no reply. Love the product, but unfortunately, they can't be relied on when things go wrong. I will be cancelling my subscription as a result.

SCAM - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Extremely angry. I have been trying to cancel this subscription since last year. I tried to use the customer portal to access ‘my subscription’ only for it to say user email not found. I have contacted them via instagram and via both email addresses.

Product is fine, but company is a nightmare.

I liked the product and have been using it for months. However I am unable to manage my subscription - like another reviewer here, I can't log in, and the company doesn't reply to emails or comments on socials, but are happy to take my money every two months. I am leaving the UK and need to cancel but they are making it impossible. I'll be raising it with my bank but this whole issue has ruined any goodwill I have towards to the company.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service.

I’ve emailed them several times over the last month and messaged/ left comments on socials but no response.

My customer portal is saying I’m not a customer yet I have a subscription with them that I can’t cancel. I have now raised a dispute with my bank for this.
