I placed an order 3 weeks ago for a birthday treat for my daughter, received an email confirmation but no further contact. I haven’t received the order and have had no response to my emails or attempts to contact via social media. Don’t waste your money like I seemingly have.

Just bought ohso fruity flapjack for first time and took a bite and is just like eating a piece of cardboard. The worst fruity flapjack I have ever bought. I threw it in the bin. Never buy this product or if you do it is good for animal food certainly not for humans unless you like eating cardboard

I placed two online order, one on 25th July to be delivered on 1st Aug for my daughter in essex and other on 28th July to be delivered on 2nd Aug for my son in laws birthday to Poulton Le Flyde. After several email, someone contacted me via email on 4th August and was told that it will be delivered today. So they delivered to my daughter in Essex and had a wrong message on it and cookie cups were broken. The delivery for Poulton has still not been received and my account has been debit. This was meant to be delivered for a birthday treat on 4th and it is now 6th August. No delivery, no reply to email or refund. I have called the branch few times and left my detain but no response received.😡

Ordered 8 cups for delivery. One 4 turned up one week later. Emailed them to let them know. No response 3 days later.

The most warm friendly staff, Guv always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Such a wide range of desserts and no one does any of them like ohsoyum, always well balanced and warm. Atmosphere in store is always amazing and has the best vibes that make you feel comfortable and of course hungry!

Ordered the lotus biscuit cookie cups for my husband for Valentine's Day and they arrived in good time, cookie cups were fresh and delicious! We love Oh So Yum!

Bought on many occasions. DPD on time. Food quality superb. This time Royal Mail. Tracking lost half way. What I will say is the product did not taste fresh. Lacking this time. Spent £150 on this. Some substitution but was aware but poor. First time disappointed. I bought for friends for a food night. Real foodies and I had raved about oh so yum. All left underwhelmed! What’s changed ??

NO tracking number from ohsoyum still no brownies no dpd notificaitons no and they are due to come today never arrived. This company is going down the toilet its not the same without the orginal owner its like other companys that are bought over taken the eye off the ball. No customer service no online contact no response to hello emails its a sinking ship this is my last order pity they wont let me delete my account the website is pathetic and nobody answers emails whats the point of a business if there is no communication!! its the road to a sinking ship and this one is going down fast!! The worst place to buy anything online!! its a rip off in the prices for delivery too its a shambles!!! they need to wake up or sink into liquidation.

Not a great place to order from if you have other choices. Most other local dessert places have better tasting food with less hassle.

We watch the Apprentice, and had been wanting to try this place since they opened. We ordered the donut shake (Oreo) and paid for double Oreo... This was basically a donut-free plain milkshake that was shown an Oreo through a window or something. It was also sideways and had spilled all over the bag - this was probably the fault of Uber eats but it's hard to know for sure.

We also ordered loaded donuts with various toppings and melted chocolate. These arrived completely plain, but with the dry toppings in pots. No melted chocolate, so no way to attach the toppings.

Ten minutes later, after eating the dry donuts, the chocolate arrived separately with a poor lad on a bicycle! Having this turn up after the rest of the food was pretty pointless and the donut for the milkshake never arrived.

My first time ordering from Oh So Yum and the last, never again!!!!! I order the Bueno milk cake and cookie cup surprise selection. Very disappointed, the Bueno Milk cake was cleary a few days old, as were the cookie cups. Didnt even eat the cake because of the smell who i opened the container, tried the cookies cups, to say it was a selection of 4 different types - they all tasted the same. unfortunately all gone in the bin!!! so that the best part of £30 gone.

Ordered for my sisters bday, fantastic Halloween themed cookie cups, my 8 year old daughter said they are “oh so yum!”. Delivery was spot on. Keep up the good work Harps and team.

Not worthy of one star - late late late cold and inedible would not recommend or use again.

Really disappointed this time on my order not oh so yum fault but iv emailed twice and had no response dpd messed up and didn't deliver yesterday like they should the cakes only have 5 days on them they were meant to arrive Tuesday but i was at work so paid extra to dpd to get them delivered yesterday as we had friends round to help eat them but dpd didn't delivery I even went to their depot they didn't care customer service non existent from them cakes gave arrived today and they were squashed and need to be eaten by today so not had the time to enjoy them like I usually would have sure to them needed to all being eaten today!

My brothers loved the assortment of brownies and cupcakes.Different flavours and chunky good size for anyone with a sweet tooth. Really liked them.

Today I tried the ghulab jamun sundae for the first time, it was oh so yum 😋 excellent combination however, not much ghulab jamun more just a cup of vanilla ice cream, maybe another gulab jamun would have made this a 5 star product. Either way was delicious and would definitely recommend to all to try.

Buy one get one free on the cookie doughs. Cost £10.95 for one, wasn't the best tasting cookie dough, very thin, poorly presented and very very very sweet, drowned in white chocolate sauce. Also ordered a forero Roche sundae, disappointing is the only word to use. Poorly presented, asked for extra nuts, paid an additional 75p but no extra nuts, sundae cost £7.50. Wouldn't have paid more than £4.

I ordered the mixed brownies and these are the best brownies I’ve ever had! I have ordered these twice and they never disappoint! I definitely will be trying out the other desserts! So worth it!
