Absolute crap
Absolute crap, ive been living out of the Netherlands for over a year, ive been trying to contact them to cancel my account since before I left and each month I still get billed for it. they have no customer care, their line never connects and no one every replied to the emails Ive sent. This is a scam and its a waste of time and money. don't even bother.
Worst insurance
Worst insurance. as soon as something went wrong they pop up with weird rules to not pay you anything. I recommend any other insurance than this
I bought travel insurance
I bought travel insurance. I end up in Asia, dying since a few days and this totally unprofessional client service sent to me wrong SOS number. I end up without any help and no idea if I will survive. But if I will, you will end up in the tribunal, I promise. No help with anything. The worst insurer ever!!!!
Cat insurance
They are the worst! No customer services(I spent more than 40m in line waiting)
My cat has a skin problem, which I knew it wouldn't be covered, that is fine! But they also don't pay the cat consultation costs, and there is no place that is it written! I'm really disappointed, just made me stressed, wast time, money and my own health!
No regard for your well-being
No regard for your well-being, didn't communicate the change from restitutiepolis > combinatiepolis in 2022 which will cost me a fortune. The lack of responsibility that this company has for its actions is astounding.
One star is generous
Don’t sign up with this company even trying to pay them is a mission. You pay them and they return the money, you pay again and they return it again you contact their useless Customer service department and they tell you you have to pay, you resend the payment a third time and you get a letter threatening extra costs you contact their customer service again they say they haven’t received the money. You provide proof that you have paid multiple times they say well we don’t have it so you need to pay. You ask them to provide proof that they have refunded the money then they actually look into what you are saying. They allocated the money to the wrong account and apparently the only way they can fix it is to return the money in 35days but I better pay them asap or I’ll get a registration on my name. Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous in your life. A 30euro bill should not be so difficult to pay. So sad Reaal where bought by these imbeciles. I’ve cancelled my account with them can’t be bothered with this every month NIGHTMARE COMPANY

I am giving one star because I can't subtract them till the point these people will be owing...
Please don't sign contracts with this fraud, as if you (my pet in this case) need something from them we can forget about it, even when I am paying for top of line insurance. They go around in circle creating difficulties for every minor simple detail, just to avoid paying back submitted expences which are clearly covered in the subscribed insurance. They always come with new trick to scam customers.
I just cancelled all the services I had with these scammers and every single customer should do the same.
Stay away
Dont even try, its not worth it. To even refuse their inferior and more expensive pet insurance after the reaal take-over, you first need to agree for them to charge you money. They literally lock your ability to refuse behind an agreement first. They will try anything and everything to take money from you for less than bare minimum. Dealing with them is like pulling your own teeth out, tedious, painful and expensive with no possible good outcomes.

I cannot believe such a horrible insurance company is allowed to exist. I tried to take out a pet insurance and even before the decision period was over, they started charging me. And when I wanted to cancel, they made sure to contact me exactly after those 14 days were over. Such an annoying insurance and customer service. Don't waste your money there. Please take out literally any other insurance and you'll have a better experience
Their animal insurance is rubbish
Their animal insurance is rubbish. Way too complicated to declare as they ask for a breakdown of fees paid. For each treatment they want the about including and excluding btw. Who has time for that. With other insurances you simply upload the bill and voila. Going to look into cancelling them now. Useless!
