Ordered a dress on 28th March received…

Ordered a dress on 28th March received it on 30th March and returned it in 1st April. I got an email to let me know I will get my refund on 16th April but it’s now 20th April and I have not received my refund. I have emailed customer services, used their virtual chat and no one gets back to you….. absolutely rubbish service, I will not be rushing to order anything else from them…. In the meantime I am still waiting for my £200 back

Kasia was fantastic

Kasia was fantastic. The courier didn’t deliver my parcel and a refund was sent within 20 minutes of messaging Oh Polly. A full refund, including the postage and I also got a voucher to spend as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you for the great customer service.

Longer than advised wait for the order

I have ordered three dresses for bridesmaids. Two were pre order and planned delivery for 7-14th April. This has now been put back and I’m still waiting. It’s a long time to wait. Especially since I’ll be outside the window to send back the one dress which has come - but I need to see all three together! Oh Polly have said they will extend the return time on this occasion as a ‘good will gesture!’ But this wait is out of my hands anyway. It’s really frustrating and frankly off putting. Let’s hope the other two garments I ordered and paid for on 1st April come soon!

As your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, these do have different delivery and return timeframes. Our returns policy is based on 14 days from the delivery date of each individual item. We appreciate that this isn’t ideal when you’re waiting to view all dresses together, which is why we’ve extended your return window on this occasion so you have enough time to make your decision.

The remaining two dresses are currently expected to be dispatched between 15th April and 25th April, and we’re working to get these to you as soon as possible.

Clothing and customer service nice

Really nice clothing and very friendly and helpful customer service.
Unfortunately, small and especially larger sizes sell out too quickly and in most cases these products are never restocked.
However, shop is highly recommendable.

Their customer service absolutely sucks!

Their customer service absolutely awful! I never received my item. That I paid express shipping for! It took over 2 days to get the issue resolved. I will never shop here again. First and last time. Worst experience ever! I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The dresses are gorgeous but a bit…

The dresses are gorgeous but a bit pricey for the material used for production. They go in and out of stock frequently for popular items, which I greatly appreciated since I didn’t need to wait too long to order a new size. The customer service team replied promptly and helped me with my issue.

I ordered a dress on April 2nd for my…

I ordered a dress on April 2nd for my graduation and it shipped the same day. The tracking stopped updating entirely on April 5th and has shown no movement for 11 days. I contacted Oh Polly multiple times via WhatsApp and was repeatedly told to "monitor the tracking" and wait for a courier investigation taking up to 5 working days. The courier then promised delivery by April 16th — that date has now passed with no delivery and no contact from Oh Polly.

I made clear from the beginning that this is my graduation dress and I need it urgently. Despite this, I have been passed between multiple agents (Lou, Eleanor, Bailey, Lowri), given conflicting information, and offered a $10 gift card as a "goodwill gesture" — which does nothing to solve the problem.

My parcel appears to be lost, my graduation is days away, and I have been left without a dress or a resolution. The customer service has been deeply disappointing for what should have been an exciting purchase. I would not recommend ordering from Oh Polly if you need your item reliably delivered.
Oh Polly has failed to take any real accountability or urgency here. I now face the possibility of having no dress for my graduation because of their courier mismanagement and poor customer service. Truly devastating experience from a brand I trusted.

Great customer service

When you contacted us, we asked you to confirm a few required details and sign a short form via WhatsApp so we could open an investigation with the carrier. Unfortunately, we haven’t received that information back yet.

Please reply to our message and return the form as soon as possible. Once we receive it, we’ll immediately raise an investigation with USPS to help locate the parcel.
