Our special memorial elephant is a gift to our grandson of him and his great grandmother. We absolutely love it. It’s the perfect size for a baby or anyone Who just wants to display it. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the customer service department was helpful throughout the entire process. Even during the busiest time of the year they sent it before the holidays I would absolutely purchase again from this company.

Beautiful gift for my niece who lost her baby girl. The picture on the elephant was great and the elephant was lovingly well crafted. My order arrived in the time it was estimated to arrive. It is a beautiful tribute and reminder of our precious little angel.

I have had 2 item made one for my mum and the other for my sister inlaw, and they both loved it was a very special gift.

Cannot recommend enough the quality is very good the bears are super soft and will make a perfect gift for family members. The lovely message and sweets in the order are a nice touch to feel appreciated as a customer. They were so good infact that another family member ordered another 3 bears after seeing mine!

This was a Christmas gift for a very close friend who had recently lost a very important person in her life and this would be her first Christmas without her, her favourite stuffed toy was a cow so I ordered a cow and had Francesca’s team combine 2 seperate photos of her and her husbands children together with grandma that has passed to say it turned out absolutely amazing is an understatement this gift made my friend and her husband cry. Yes my order did take a little longer than anticipated but I was emailed every few days and kept up to date thank you to all the team for this amazing gift for my friend and her family it helped with the upcoming holiday period .

I love my bear, but I popped a note in my order that part of the photo was important and this part of the photo wasn't included. Aware that it may have been a size issue, but it was disappointing. Either way, the bear is lush and my mum will love it

The was everything I could've hoped for and more. I placed my order for my wife and sister-in-law, who lost their grandfather around Thanksgiving a few years back. I knew that the holiday is always a difficult time for them, so I figured having something to hold and hug with his image on it would help to ease their grief during the holiday. I placed my order around Halloween and it arrived the week before Thanksgiving; granted, the time is a bit long to getting the items shipped, but after seeing the look of pure comfort and calm these little things brought to them both, I can say that it was worth every penny and every bit of time in getting sent to me. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to celebrate a loved one, I would give 10 stars if I could.

I got two of the plush bunny for my two cousins who sadly lost there mam when they were very young. They absolutely loved them. I was informed of every step from the time I ordered till the time I received them I couldn't have asked for a better service. The quality of them is amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I received my bear yesterday and …. It was more precious than I could have imagined ❤️ My grandfather pasted away before my niece was born, and I wanted something special so she’d know him. The company also kept me up to date on my item thru email. Which was very nice! I’ll be using them again when my son graduates soon!

All goods received and quality is excellent. Only reason for dropping a star is they could improve communication. On order I was told 7-10 days, from previous experience I knew that was from when it landed in the uk, I also knew it had to be handmade. Just need better clarity on turnaround times
