DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I've used GLP for a couple of years with other companies , and never had the problems.
The medication made me sick. even though i am used thd the GLP?...... no one can answer where its made.
i called 2 weeks ago to cancel because of this.
They are claiming i didn't cancel.
Trying to get $450 from me... not going to happen... Bogus , sub-standard and they just keep telling you the same answers when call. that they are going to charge me regardless.

Cancelled and stopped payment they are still trying to run my card will file police report

It's been over a month and I have not recieved any medication.i paid for the whole year upfront company will not refund my money .total scam beware of this company.i am 74 yrs old and this company has taken over 1300.00 from me and has not sent any medication to me.just keeps lying to me about shipping issues next call says technical issues.please be very careful,I have alerted authorities ,but I don't want anyone else to get hurt like I and many many others are.google ohmymeds reviews and see I am not the only one there are many many of us.beware

This is a scam. Too good to be true. The dosis offered are very low. Don’t buy the product here. Better to pay a bit more than get trapped on this

These ratings must be from the company. I paid and have not received anything. Getting the run around trying to get my money back AVOID!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I paid over 1,000$ for a 6 month supply over one month ago. My meds have not arrived. Every call to them they made a promise to overnight it, or you will have it by 10/2/25 "for sure." Call today promise for shipping 10/6/25. I am not holding my breath. They blame it on a tech issue with the pharmacy. No update to their website about delays. At this point I am looking for individuals in my situation who would like to file a class action suit agains this company. It is horrible for them to lie, and keep our money. The Customer Service team is apologitic--by not results oriented. No available supervisor to transfer to.

You will think youre getting help for your needs and be met POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. They have taken days to return any messaging, will not call you back, will not assist you in any kind of actual way other than taking your money.
These people will not help you if you have any problems, starting with billing on up. This is not a real business, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I have not gotten any of my medicine its been almost a week I want a refund and I cant even talk to a Dr

The instructions for starting treatment were straightforward. I never felt confused or unsure. That clarity helped me feel comfortable beginning.

The company reps keep calling but I have already ordered and received. All very efficiently, exception of the annoying phone calls to ask me to sign up. This last time it was 8:00 at nite and I became irritated. I told the man to take me off the list as I already ordered, and yes I was irrate. He then kept yelling at me ,- SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP until I hung up the phone. Not sure I will spend my next $400 with this company due to the customer service.

I ordered a 3 month supply of Tirzepatide on Sept.17,2025. I was told Dr. approval would be 24 -48 hours. I paid for the meds and two weeks later, I have had NO response from their dr. Emails to customer service are answered by AI with no resolution or reason for their lack of communication. I have canceled the order and my credit card company is disputing the charges. This is a SCAM. I wish that I had read more of the negative reviews before ordering from this company.

They charged me $249 for a 3 month supply of semaglutide injections. I called before my first vial was empty to tell them I didn’t want anymore. She explained to me they would charge me another &259 for September and another charge of $249 for October. This was not the agreement. That’s almost $747 for one 3 month supply which is outrageous. No other company is this expensive. I don’t want anyone else to get taken advantage of like I was.

I reached out to Oh My Meds while traveling to confirm they could send my medication. They assured me they could and were very responsive before I paid. Based on those conversations, I went ahead and paid six months in advance.

They sent my first three-month supply to the wrong address. By the time I tracked it down, paid extra for shipping and insurance, and finally received it 30 days later, I was out about $900. Unfortunately, the meds had been exposed to heat during shipping and were no longer safe to use. Oh My Meds refused to reimburse me or send replacements, insisting the error was my fault.

After I paid, their responsiveness dropped significantly. Messages often went unanswered, and there’s no direct phone number provided (I only managed to reach someone by replying to a Facebook ad). There was also no doctor interview or medical support after payment, which was concerning.

I am still trying to get them to send my next three months early, but the process has been slow and frustrating.

Bottom line: Be cautious. They were eager to help before payment, but afterward communication was poor, accountability lacking, and support nonexistent.

This has been a very bad and strange experience. I ordered the 3 month plan, in order to get 3 months of meds to test. Now it seems that they meant 3 consecutive months of 3 months each. Their contract begins with this statement: Customers may cancel their
subscription at any time through the Company’s secure, password-protected dashboard. It turns out the dashboard cancelation button doesn't work. They use an AI chat model that also answers email. I demanded to speak to a person and was given a number that led to an Indian Subscription Management company, where they took my bank and routing numbers, gave me a confirmation code to prove my order was canceled, instructed me to stay on hold during a canned advertisement for two different subscription companies that they ended up SIGNING ME UP FOR, although they lied and promised they didn't. My subscription was not canceled, the confirmation number is useless, and the AI assures me they can do nothing about either problem.

Since I can't write a new response to the answer below, I will add that I was billed again and can prove it. The respondent is correct only in that they did not ship the second order they billed me for, adding insult to injury.

Overall a great experience. The online forms were not too hard to understand and answer properly. Authorization process fairly quick. Shipment very fast. I had a few questions after arrival, my emails were answered immediately.

Tirzepatide has been effective, my hunger is reduced, and the process has remained simple throughout

The entire process has been frustratingly slow—intake took several days, approval dragged on even longer, and I'm still waiting on delivery. Their team shows no sense of urgency.

Oh My Meds has one of the slowest support teams I’ve ever dealt with. Even when they do reply, the answers feel copy-pasted and not helpful.

I paid and then heard nothing for almost 3 weeks. I had to chase down updates and still never got a clear timeline. It should not be this hard.

I asked multiple times about changing my shipment address. Never got a straight answer. My meds were sent to the wrong place and I had to wait again.
