I love the artful boxes and the Paper in them so took the chance to stock up at reduced price. Loved the inks as well so trying out the pearlescent options.

I pay for delivery once when I place an order, and second when I received it :( I Lost tracking when package was delivery to my country, and order was shiped a month. Sticker on card left a trace. Quality of paper is so low.

For our international shipment we do offer the initial tracking for leaving the UK and then a second tracking number for entering into the destination country. This second tracking number provided will be able to give you your local carrier tracking details.

I love the quality of products and variety. The variety forces me to try new techniques, along with the video tutorials.
I have rarely needed to contact customer services, however, when I have they have been super responsive, courteous and helpful.
Would highly recommend them.

This is bad, bad, customer service. SCAM.
On the 8th December, I ordered a necklace. In the purchase conditions, there is a delivery deadline of 4 to 7 working days, max. Today, the 14 January, I still did not receive my order.
Complained, but no response. Meanwhile, I do not have my money, nor the necklace.
More than one month to deliver something??
