I’ve bought a couple of dress from oh hello clothing, and I have loved every piece! I’ve worn the dresses mainly to weddings and have received many compliments! I have also referred a lot of people to the brand, so I definitely recommend!

Bought so many dresses to try for my daughter's Debs. Service is really amazing. Delivery, returns and refunds work perfect.

I would highly recommend confirming washing instructions before buying. Purchased beautiful dress 6 months ago in advance of Debs, it looked smashing on and we were happy with the apparent quality. But, then after the Debs last week I was very disappointed to discover the washing label - Do Not Dry Clean, Do Not Wash. Spot Clean Only. For a dress designed to sweep the floor and be worn against the skin with moisturisers and tan on it was very disappointing. Disposable fashion unfortunately. Unless you are willing to pay for a wear once dress, be very careful. Very disappointed as had purchased a style suitable for different events.

Gowns for spot cleaning only in my opinion should be highlighted on the product page as most reliable clothing brands are doing.

Now here the owner says it can be dry cleaned. After my review. The label on the dress says as above do not wash do not dry clean. They have now put hand washing on the product page. My first request was for clear washing recommendations, not a refund. That was asked to be discussed if cleaning instructions weren’t forthcoming.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this company because of their low standard of customer care. If you have an issue they are rude and dismissive in their response, don’t want to know about the customer’s issue with their product and don’t want to offer any assistance in a pleasant manner.

The products came as I wanted, I bought it for myself, but the colors started to fade very quickly, am I washing it at the wrong degree?

Brought two dresses to try on. One wasn’t the right style for me so I sent it back no problem. The other dress was stunning, I felt amazing in it! Great quality!

I ordered a dress for a wedding and when I tried it on I just didn’t like it at all so I returned, I received my refund with ease and within the specified time frames on the returns policy. I then ordered a second dress and it’s gorgeous! Can’t wait to wear at the wedding this weekend.

Ordered 2 dresses for upcoming weddings I have. Looked fab on the website and heard amazing things! Was impressed with how quick the delivery was but the fabric of the dresses did not meet the price I paid at all… The dresses were also way too big for the sizes they were marked at they had to be returned. On doing so I had to pay €4.95 myself for the return label which I didn’t mind but got an email to say I wasn’t receiving a full refund, €6.50 taken from what I originally paid. Love supporting small Irish businesses but unfortunately I won’t be buying from here again.
