Promptness of shipping and customer service
Promptness of shipping, packaging and customer service. On my first order I messed up the shipping address and sent an email stating the correct address and they updated my address and responded within 15 minutes of my email being sent.

Great experience
Great experience, quality of handles was pretty much on par with expensive designer brands. Super easy to deal with, can meet them at the warehouse/storage unit and look at the handles in person. You can also purchase single handles as samples, if you want to try before you buy. Very polite and accommodating customer service and the cherry on top, quickest delivery and everything was well packed.
