Wrong size in box
Ordered a size 6 trainers for my granddaughters birthday. On opening them and trying them on they were only a size 4, so very disappointed with this company as the box said a size 6 too!

Excellent service! I ordered some trainers that’s I wanted for a while but always sold out! I was a little unsure at first as I’d never ordered or heard of this site before but seen the trainers available here & in the sale. They were dispatched the same day by Royal Mail tracked 24 and arrived the following day. Delivery was also free! The whole process was so easy & I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

The young man who served us was quite rude. We were shopping for my teenage daughter, and he gave the impression that it was a chore to serve us. I’m not sure if he thought we wouldn’t buy anything, but that’s no excuse. We came away with 1 pair and ended up buying another 2 pairs elsewhere.

First time using this site
First time using this site, yo be honest had never heard of the company before. My son wanted ASICS trainers and hadn’t seen a particular pair anywhere else. I thought they were very pricey. Found it strange that changing size from say a 9 to a 10 ( men’s size ) price changed. Could see if it was a junior size to adult but anyway the process and delivery was smooth and my son was delighted.

They literally got the box, took a new trainer out and put a display in, when quizzed they said that’s what they do, even noticed a scuff mark on it, spent £300 kinda poor service, could of not done all that
