Habe zwei Anker Solix Erweiterungsakkus bestellt und gleich per TWINT bezahlt, die Ware sollte innerhalb von 2 Wochen kommen. Nach über einem Monat immer noch nichts erhalten, auch keine Infos per Mail oder sonst was. Als ich dann angerufen habe, hiess es, dass der Lieferant nicht mehr liefert kann und ich das Geld zurück bekomme, welches ich dann ein paar Tage später erhalten habe. Ich habe mit der Lieferung aber fest gerechnet und dadurch einige andere Angebote entgehen lassen. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man ein verbindlichen Vertrag hat und die Firma ofrex.ch sich dann einfach so vom Vertrag zurückziehen kann.
