The item (office chair) delivered was defective (and therefore not as described). The system to adjust the backrest (screw below the sit) doesn't work, meaning that the chair can't be ergonomically adjusted. Furthermore, the low and high backrests (pillows) are not adequately designed (as claimed in their website) and do not come into contact with the back. I request a full refund. I have a video showing the defects that has been already provided to the vendor. The vendor keeps on telling me that I need to assume the shipping costs of returning the item amounting to 39EUR, to which I would agree if the item had been functional and as described in their web. However, the item delivered is defective and not as described. The vendor is trying to shift quality control responsibilities to me, which is unfair.

I wrote this review in Italian for one of their pages, but it's the same company, so I am writing here in English too.

In April, I bought an office chair from their page sediadaufficio.it and it arrived after 13 days (on the page it was written that delivery lasts from 2-4 days) in a broken package with damaged parts. I instantly informed them about this, they offered replacement parts but I rejected as the quality didn't seem as high as the company claimed. I expressed I want to use my right of withdrawal as an EU citizen buying from a company located in EU (it's a Spanish company, just the website is in Italian).

The company first offered their return service for 39€, but after I insisted they cover this cost, they just told me their service is not available anymore. It costed me 102€ to send this damaged chair back to the address the customer service provided me. I sent the chair 6 days after I got it, which is according to the EU directive mentioned above (has to be within 14 days you receive a product), and I sent them the tracking number and the delivery date (2 day frame). The company didn't receive the package for 2 days in a row, even though they had the delivery date and tracking number and they were expecting my package. When I asked for an explanation, my e-mails were ignored.

The chair returned to my home address. One week after the deadline to refund me money by the law, my lawyer contacted them to request for a refund in my name as stated in the law. Only after this contact did the company refunded my money. I was refunded only the amount I paid for the product. The delivery costs I paid to return the product which they did't pick up is the money wasted. I am disappointed and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
