Order never received nor did the shipping details come by anyways and the sent me a message that order delivered and if you are happy write a review. Firstly I want to say sorry for the issues that we have been having recently in regards to our international orders. If you are still outstanding your item, please send us an email and we will be sure to get this sorted out for you.
With our international orders, we have used a 3rd party service to manage the process, and assumed it was going well and emails were being picked up and handled properly.
As we can see from orders like yours, this has not been the case recently, and as such we have stopped our international deliveries until further notice while we sort everything out.
Again, apologies that this item may have been late, but do please let us if we can help further in regards to your order.
Still no delivery - disappointed brother on his birthday
Appalling service so far. I’m still waiting for my order to be dispatched - they were quick to take my money and tell me the order was received, but have ignored telephone calls and emails chasing when it’s going to be delivered. I bought a sweater for my brother’s birthday which has now passed, which is a shame as it was only supposed to be 3-5 days lead time. Terrible customer service - manage my expectations and let me know it’s going to be late if you need to, just don’t ignore me entirely. I’ll be reporting this to the bank to get my money back if it’s not delivered this weekend.

Absolutely Excellent!!
This isn't my first purchase, and there's a reason for that! The t-shirts are great, the quality is fantastic and I love all the ideas for the t-shirts! Its so difficult to just pick one or two at a time!! Shipping was really quick only took 2 days and I live somewhere where these things usually take much longer!! Couldn't recommend them enough!
