Lack of qualification, quality and scamming

Complete lack of organization. They only want your money. I purchased full package for my husband and son, in the middle of the trip the guide asked for another payment for the horse riding, WHICH WAS INCLUDED in the original payment. Poor execution, terrible customer service, now they stopped communication pretending that I do not exist (I am asking for reimbursement of the double payment done to several the experience). The guide was not prepared, had no clue who is going and what supposed to be delivered. STAY AWAY.
