Scammers
Scammers. Took 23.99 with the promise to unlock based on the imei number then came back a few days later saying they need 116 more to unlock. I asked for a refund or I'll charge back and they said sure, it's processed. That was 2 weeks ago. Scammers and theives.

Second review about the company
Second review about the company. After posting my initial review of disappointment and non delivery of services, the company had replied back to my review stating please reach out to us and we will reply back to you. I wrote them several emails after and there has been absolutely dead silence. No response frmo the company. This is a spam company and all the postive reviews are fake reviews put in by the company itself. Do not pay them anything.

OfficialSIMUnlock is a complete scam in my experience. They took my money, did not unlock my phone, and refused to provide a refund. After payment, they kept asking for additional fees and then stopped responding to my emails entirely.
I would strongly advise people to avoid this company. The service was not completed, communication was poor, and customer support disappeared once payment was made.
I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by their promises and refund policy.
