Like others have said, I ordered a lamp for Christmas and it never arrived. Now their website is closed! Just terrible how people can do this to other people. Not only did they take my money, but they also disappointed my daughters, who had been looking forward to their lamp form Santa.
Hard to spot the fake companies these days. Not great for small businesses who I will be less trusting of in the future.
Shame on them. Hope Karma bites the ‘officiallunalamps’ in the bum!

Ordered a lamp on the 12/12/21 they took payment out the next day. By new year I hadnt seen it or heard from the company. Wrote to them twice over 4 weeks and still no response. Looked them up on companies house and they disolved 4 weeks before my order but still took my money!

DO NOT PART WITH YOUR CASH. I ordered a lamp for delivery before Xmas but it never arrived. I have emailed the company on 3 different email addresses, 2 of them were undeliverable. I have still not received the lamp 3 weeks later and my emails have not been replied to and i have not had my money back.
This company is registered with companies house under the name Luna Lamps UK Ltd, I checked the official address and its the same as the one listed under their privacy policy on their website. This company was dissolved on 16th November 2021. I have reported them to Action Fraud.
