Turned up within the time frame, good value for money, tasty sandwiches/baguettes. Would use again and recommend to others.

Delighted with the service and quality of food. Arrived in a lovely clean van with professional driver. Food packaged and chilled and excellent presentation. Quality of food truly excellent. I have already recommended OfficeServe to a colleague.

I am sorry to say that our experience with officeserve has been disappointing. Although the food has been tasty, it arrived way earlier than expected, the quantities were less than what we paid and as a result the people who participated at the event were disappointed. We had really hoped we would establish a future partnership with this company but after our recent experience, we very much doubt this will happen.

Great food, great service - and so easy to organise!

Loved the easy ordering system, the punctuality and very good customer service when I called to confirm the order. I just ordered salads, and they were all very fresh, well labeled and looked very good. I would just improve the quantity, as the advice on sharing is not really enough if you are having as a lunch option.

Overall a good customer experience. The food arrived earlier than expected but the portions were not for the amount of people the system suggests.

Excellent service, super easy to order and chose what you want. I had more than enough food for the money and the food was excellent. Also great choice for vegans and veggies. Ideal for a photoshoot like we were catering for!

Brilliant service from start to finish!
Quick and easy ordering system, excellent delivery and on the dot of the start of the delivery slot chosen. Food was amazing, lovely and fresh and such a varied choice. The Vegan options looked amazing and went down really well. Would def use again and again now for future corporate events.

I had requested sandwiches for a meeting. I had specifically requested for the sandwiches to arrive after 9am as the Office is not open prior to the time. this was also stated on the invoice. sandwiches where left outside the door on the floor prior 9am with the invoice note.The salad had become soggy so did the sandwiches. I have rated 3 star as they tasted nice according to the team.

The food supplied was fantastic. whilst at first I felt the cost was a little expensive the delivery was on time, accurate and the food was very good and I would use this service again.

Good lunch for small staff meeting

We received terrible service from Officeserve. The order was over an hour and a half late. I explicitly advised the company that we had an important trustee meeting and the lunch was meant to be at the latest 12noon. As the order did not turn up until 1.15 many of our trustees had already left and so left hungry. Considering this was our very first order I expected so much more from Officeserve.

Secondly, the driver was not even apologetic and when I called the Officeserve staff twice I was told the delivery man was 10 minutes away when in fact he was over an hour away. If there was any kind of delay, I would have expected at the very least a call to say that there was a delay.

All in all I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the food and would not recommend.

Sandwiches fresh, substantial filling and good size. The small cupcakes were very very small but, none the less, very nice.

Sandwiches were tasteless. However, fruit was fresh and cakes were nice and they arrived on time.
