Terrible real time results….
More issues than clean feeds during game time

There was a problem with re-instating a team. Customer service (Trevor) called my admin names 'lazy'. Name calling isn't acceptable.

This is a good website. Missing some important components but overall for the basics it is good.

I'm a new user, but like what I've seen so far.

Officepools.com is an amazing site. I have been using it sine 2003 and have never even considered using another site or service. I feel like the site offers amazing value, incredibly powerful customization and a simple user friendly interface.

Easy to use and well run pool. Looking forward to starting up my own pool next season.

I've been a long standing customer of Office pools. They been in the game since the inception of online pools. Great product. Great service and easy site navigation with little clutter and noise. Couple recommendations: Need an app, and also to implement a "trash talk" option for poolies in real time. Website could also use a re-brand with updated graphics(its a little boring). Overall. Great product with immense growth potential. You have a customer for life!

I've been using Officepools pretty much since its inception in the mid 90's. I think the fact that I still continue to use it for all of my pools after 20 years speaks volumes. I really like the new look and feel this year. It's easy to toggle between my different pools. Also, the inputting of players into the system has improved steadily year after year, and it's gotten to a point where it takes me less than 10 minutes to input 200+ players. Please keep it up!

Office pools is a great site that provides lighting fast customer responses with a personal touch. The pool works great for our pools needs.

4 star because there is always room for improvement. I wish you'd bring back the envelope for a message indicator, it promotes trades in our pool.

Every time. Every time officpeools responds to concerns, problems and questions. The interaction with the site, especially for administrators is easy to learn, easy to use. I've ben an officepools customer for many years and never disappointed.

I have used officepools for years to run our office hockey pool that includes participants from across the country.
Pro's:
- reasonably priced - accurate stats - lots of options for customized pools - good support - players can enter own teams - great reports that can be customized
Con's:
- with updates, the system gets more complicated to use and problematic, players couldn't even figure out how to enter a team this year! - the focus is on new pools, not how to use existing pools - seems to be more work for the administrator, not easier as the years go on

professional, up-to-date sleek - been with OP since the beginning, used it for years. One complaint: with the new design, a. you have to switch off Admin in order to see the standings/live score update (it took me 30 minutes to finally realize it, instructions would have been helpful), and b. i wish the buttons for Trading and Rosters were as one. So it is easier to add reserves to the roster, and then activate them. Right now, both are under different tabs. Oh, and there should be a error message when you try to add a reserve onto a team when that player is already on someone's roster - again, i kept trying to put in buddy but he didnt show up on the automatic suggestions ...

But yeah, other than that, this site is GOLDEN! Cheers!

Officepools was extremely easy to use and to understand. Unlike many other online sport pool websites, it's simple layout made it easy to navigate and manage your team. One critique I would have is that it would have been nice to have an app to access on a mobile phone to use, but the mobile site did suffice. Overall, I would use Officepools again and would recommend it to others.

I just finished my pick-a-player elimination draft, where there were two administrators present. We both commented on how much easier it gets, year after year, with using the Officepools website. We couldn't be happier, for it alleviates most of our administrator problems that may occur. And the help line is fantastic = i can't say enough good things about Rich and his staff, which have helped me as an administrator. Awesome job.

After trying a few other pools, I came across Officepools. I am still new at this, but so far it's been very user friendly and well set up. I've had a couple of questions and their staff answered my email later that day. Definitely would recommend it!

Been using them for years, any issues are always resolved extremely quickly. Couldn't be happier with the product.

We have been with officepools since we were in college 8 years ago running our keeper league.

As other platforms such as ESPN, Yahoo etc. evolved and developed, so to did Officepools. It is such an easy to use site which user interface continues to get better. There are so few problems that we ever have with the site; the one time we had an issue with our scoring, my question as administrator was answered by their friendly staff within a day. This is something you would never see at a Yahoo Fantasy Pool.

Regardless, as we have all moved to different cities especially myself to Dubai, - it is amazing to see that internationally, they too use Officepools. Want to thank the staff for making the site such an easy way to commission a pool; it's something that as a commissioner we don't want to spend an excessive an abundant part of our day managing for our friends, and Officepools has made it as easy as possible.

I think the system is very easy to use, easy to navigate and user friendly. I like the options and how simple the system is to use.

I have used officepools for a hockey draft for 8 or 9 years. Each year there are improvements that make the site even better. highly recommended.
