Ordered 13th Feb and website said order would be shipped the same day. Nothing so far and a poor response from them which matches the comment below that they will check with the warehouse and get back to me. Big red flag with reply and clearly is not a legitimate business and will now need to get a dispute lodged with my bank for a refund .
Is there even a shop?
Ordered 12 Feb. Queried 16 Feb why hadn't been sent yet. Replied 19 Feb "I will check this with the warehouse team and get back to you once I have an update from them".
Luckily had paid via Paypal so was able to get a refund there.
Appears to also be trading with/as Northern Hospitality, out of Tauranga.
Terrible customer service.
Order not progressed. Emails ignored. Answered a call finally and they discussed with warehouse team where order was. Then told me it would be shipped next day and I would receive tracking info... 10 days later nothing.
Another call, another assurance it had been shipped. Still no tracking. We shall see if it ever arrives.
Useless, No customer service, no communication.

Ordered a product that was showing as in stock. Two weeks later and the order is still 'processing'. No response to follow-up emails and no-one answers the phone.
Terrible customer care basically none exist. No ones answer their phone nor reply to emails. Placed order 3 weeks on a product and still waiting. I have asked to cancel my order for this reason but nothing has happened. I would not recommend purchasing here, imaging having to chase them down for a faulty product??!! I am staying away from this place for sure.
