Excellent, responsive and genuinely helpful service
I had an urgent Companies House filing that required several documents to be printed, arranged in the correct order, sealed and handed over to a courier.
Ellie and the OfficeServ team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They responded quickly, followed the printing instructions carefully, attached the shipping label, kept the envelope ready for collection and updated me whenever anything changed.
There were problems with Royal Mail’s collection service, which were outside OfficeServ’s control, but OfficeServ remained patient, professional and supportive throughout. Their communication was friendly, clear and reliable, and they made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would happily recommend OfficeServ to anyone looking for a dependable registered office or mail-handling provider.
