My first experience with Office etc. and was very impressed with the efficiency. However, there was one concern,when the parcel was delivered in a large jiffy bag it was unsealed.

Never using this site before I am always wary, but I have to say their service is excellent, correspondence from ordering all the way through to telling you within which hour on what day your product will arrive, superfast delivery, I would definitely recommend this site, I already have to a friend and she has now also ordered!

The product was as described and in excellent mint condition. Very good value for money as I could not purchase it for less anywhere else. The delivery was fairly quick considering I had to pay nothing for standard postage so I cannot complain. All in all very satisfied and would definitely use your company again and recommend you to others.

Ordered a new Canon iX6550 A3 printer recently. Whilst there were some issues with an incompetent courier who delivered to the wrong address twice the service and support from Office Etc was first class and the problems with the courier were not of their making. Definitely a good company to deal with from my experience.

I had no difficulty with this supplier and the free delivery service was quite adequate for my needs on this occasion.

The order process was simple, the website is clear and easy to use all good. Thanks

Package arrived as advised,no need to consult instructions for use,just connected power suply ,sat receiver,Youview box and powerline connector.Everything worked,most impressed.
