I contacted the company as I thought there was an issue with the machine. As it turned out there were no issues and they talked me through a list of things to check when I opened up the machine, how to take things out to clean them etc. Very helpful and patient with me. Thank you.

The service from these guys is great, they are very attentive and their delivery service is very speedy. We buy coffee from the cool earth range too as part of our corporate responsibility program which supports the planting and maintaining of trees.

OCC are amazing! We were really struggling with an old coffee machine and looking for a company that could help us fix our coffee needs. Enter Office Coffee Company!
