Old Android tablet

Old Android tablet, admittedly, but it runs everything else without complaining. Here the lobby loads at about one image every two seconds, the filter menu opens behind the header, and any live table drops to a still frame within a minute. Support suggested a different device. That is a fair suggestion in one sense, but the site advertises itself as working on any device and it plainly does not.

I emailed on the 4th, chased on the 8th, chased on the 12th. The reply on the 15th asked me to describe the issue again, as though the thread underneath it did not exist.
