Still waiting for the product
Still waiting for the product. Customer service was terrible and when I expressed my desire to cancel the order because it isn’t arriving on time I was told it will cost me shipping fees and I should’ve gone through Amazon. Too bad they didn’t tell me that when I initially contacted the company! Even though the initial contact was less than 24 hrs after I placed the order. I will never use this company again and I strongly advise anyone else against using them.

Quick delivery, gorgeous design, not eco
Easy ordering process and reasonably quick delivery. It is also all very well designed. Slightly disappointed with the tea, not as tasty as I’d hoped and wish it was more eco friendly such as compostable teabags and plastic free individual envelopes

Hi Alanah, thank you for your feedback. All our packaging is widely recyclable! Our Tea packs are a recyclable carton, they are printed only on one side to use less ink & energy! Our Tea Bags are made of the Recyclable plastic PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate). PET is the most widely recycled plastic. We use the best in class aluminium foil sachets to preserve our tea bags, which have the best preservation power for our tea bags and they’re recyclable! We have added pre-paid envelopes to every order, to be sure that our sachets are properly recycled.

I would give the tea a 5/5 the taste is amazing, very different from tea you buy at the supermarkets. The reason I'm giving them a 4/5 overall was because of the delivery, I paid for 2-3 days and it came in about 10 days

Fab find
Bought two gift sets in the black Friday sale which worked out amazing value. Hadn't heard of offblak just saw a Facebook ad and treated myself. Happy with my purchases, the cups keep the tea warm for ages and the three flavours I have tried so far have been great, better than any flavoured teas I have found in the supermarket. Would buy again even at full price.

Absolutely love OffBlak teas; I first started off with the taster packs and was pleasantly surprised to discovered each and every flavour was delicious! So many teams give off a fab smell, then disappoint on taste; not these.
Also great that there is no excess packaging, the bags are biodegradable and the sachets can be sent off for recycling too. A simple point, but an important one.

Good Product, Poor Service & Delivery
Although the product is good quality, it took way too long to be delivered (Ordered 18th November and received on the 7th December (13 working days) when I paid for delivery within 7 working days). Normally this wouldn’t bother me, however as this is an advent calendar, this should have been quicker.
I fully appreciate that the time of year may have had an influence, however no communication from the company did not help the situation either.

Beautiful tea set, great customer service
My tea set arrived in beautifully illustrated packaging, unfortunately there was a scratch on my travel cup, so I emailed the company and they replied within a couple hours apologising and said they would send out a replacement immediately. They also gave me a discount code.
Issues like this happen but I appreciated how swiftly they corrected the issue.

Don’t trust the delivery
They took so long to deliver I ordered an advent calendar for someone on November 18 and they said it would take 7 days max to ship and it’s now the 7th of December and it’s still not here.
