I bought trousers from their official website on Tuesday. On Monday no any confirmation, I emailed them and they told me that it’s going to be shipped soon and it is being processed. Today on Tuesday I emailed them today and they told me that my order is cancelled as it’s out of stock.
I got at least 10-12 items from off-white and I’m not going to buy anything off them anymore.
Great customer service and delivery method

I would highly advise customers to not shop directly from off white official website, its better to shop from Farfetch, yoox or flannels to avoid problems.
I had placed an order paid for my item plus delivery just for me to receive an email from UPS stating I need to pay extra fees due to off white not including there commercial invoice letter this is the 2nd time this has occurred.
I contacted customer service & they said if I wish I should pay for the fee then they would issue me a refund & it would take up to 5 working days, I want to touch base on the fact that customers must pay extra fees after spending so much already is WRONG customers shouldn't have to pay EXTRA if they had already paid for there delivery.
its been a week now I'm currently still waiting on my refund after they said it would take 5 working days however customer service "Albi is now saying it'll take 10 working days" DELAY (Great Stuff)
the staff show no remorse, they don't care about the error they make, how much this affects customers, the least they can say is my apologies for the inconvenience and get on with it & the same thing happens AGAIN. they don't even think to issue customers some sort of compensation no 10% nothing!
I have no words for the company they need to look into this & do something or I suggest they refrain from online shopping to minimize the issue, RIDDICOULS!

Off white sneakers out off office white and blue
Hi I bought some polo sneakers as a gift to someone overseas but received someone’s else order it was a off white out office sneaker and the order was for Muhammad Abdullah FLAN40000088573667 I thought it’s important as the other person might have received my order so I notified flannels . I told them the item is already gone and won’t be able to return it , and I did not want a return but to my surprise received the full refund . Thanks to the team for understanding .
Uncomfortable slides
Bought a pair of slides online and they're very uncomfortable. The material that they've used causes alot of friction and caused the hairs on my toes to rip off. Another issue that I found is that the design started to fade within a few uses.
I ordered two items and received wrong one
I ordered two items, cargo pants and shorts. I received cargo pants but not shorts. Instead I received random T-shirt. When I contacted customer service they asked me to send photos from all angles, tags and box. No acknowledgment that I have received incorrect item and how this may be rectified. Five emails later (it needs to be in pdf) I received a confirmation that I need to arrange a currier to return an item and use return proforma and commercial invoice. No explanation how will this work considering that T-shirt isn’t on the invoice (and clearly I will not receive shorts which were birthday gift for 14 year old). Considering poor customer service and issues so far I strongly believe they still don’t understand the actual issue with sending the wrong item. Will not use again, too expensive and poor customer service
900 dollars for delivery????
I recently purchased a pair of sneakers from the website, the sneakers were $631 dollars (tax included). Several days later, I received an email from UPS saying that they attempted to deliver my sneakers but I was unavailable and that I needed to pay for delivery! It turns out that I was being charged $900.72 for DELIVERY!!!! I reached out to Off-White customer service (via email) because they don’t have an 800 number, and I was told the delivery fee was due to new tariffs! It’s been a few days and I still have not received a refund of the money paid.
Disappointing Experience – Missing Item, No Refund
I ordered a pair of Off-White "Be Right Back" sneakers, but when I received the package, they were missing. Instead, I only found bags and a bottle inside.
I immediately contacted customer service, providing photo evidence and requesting an investigation. After my claim was initially denied, I insisted on my consumer rights and demanded concrete proof from their side (e.g., packaging footage). Despite this, Off-White closed my case without a solution, claiming the shipment was correct but failing to provide any solid evidence to support their decision.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially from a high-end brand. A customer service team that refuses to take responsibility for such a serious issue is simply unacceptable. Buyers, beware!
I have ordered one pair of Virgil…
I have ordered one pair of Virgil Sunglasses from off white. At point of delivery, i have recieved the package but without the sunglasses inside. Raised a claim imediately with off white. After 1 month later i have recieved an e-mail that the package was delivered and they cannot make any refunds. Very frustraiting experience, as i clearly explained that i am contesting that the package was not delivered but the missing content of it. They seem to be very DENSE people.
Word of advice for future customers. Try to avoid ordering online from them. For as good and nice theyr products are, you are at risk that if you will experience same thing as i, you will end up paying for thin air inside a box.

I purchased a pair of Out of Office…
I purchased a pair of Out of Office trainers through Flannels online, they have been worn a handful of times, the fabric around the insides of both shoes has started to disintegrate, Flannels contacted Off White who said that I have used a hard brush and harsh detergent to clean the shoes and have ruined the leather, this is completely untrue, it's my word against theirs, if they inspected the trainers it's clear they have not been cleaned with a hard brush and detergent, I will be taking this up with a 3rd party as Flannels are unwilling to honor their 1 year guarantee, disappointed but not surprised after reading other reviews of Off White on Trust Pilot.

I have not had good customer service, I did not receive responses from the provider and being a page with so much prestige, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have had a very big mistake, such as sending a product in poor condition, and it seems that they didn't care. Talking to them has been complicated since they didn't usually respond to messages immediately and they haven't given me any facility to send the next product. , I had to look for myself to have the order on time

off—white Brand, I suggest that you all look for the vendor’s products else wear instead of ordering from the website itself , because off—white , wants you to be a home to sign off on a $35 dollar item.. ( in my eyes $325) I work for a living. I am not taking off work to be at home to sign an item that’s not even worth over 1k. I get items shipped from Balenciaga, gucci , etc over 1k and I don’t have to sign for it and if I do, the hassle isn’t like how off—white sets their shipment up. I suggest you order from Saks, Nieman, Bloomingdale’s , Nordstrom if you want a product from off—white!
Garbage quality
Garbage quality! I have worn the new Off-White sneakers only 3 times for short walks to office, mostly being in my car. pieces of the sole broke and they say it's my fault that I didn't wear them properly. I probably should have put storage bags over them and carried them on the street. A quality product never breaks its sole in 3 days!

The worst customer service and the worst quality. You pay big dollars and you got a garbage quality. The color run on the material of the shoe and if you go out make sure to read the weather of the day because if you get caught in the rain like we did and the sneakers are defect like we got them , the water was coming from the outside of the in sole to the shoe than each time you gone wear them it’s going to make your feet stink. I contacted off white and they asked me pictures and a ton of questions few emails back and forth for nothing,than they said it was wear and tear ,a reel joke my daughter use her sneakers 4 time and they said that it was wear and tear. They didn’t even mention the fact that the color run on the material of the sneakers they washed their hands with a poor excuse. I will never by off white or suggest people to buy this bran. They are not behind their product and trust me it would of cost them nothing to change the sneakers and make a customer happy, they fabric the sneakers in china for $10 and sell it for $500 and give you garbage quality

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and they just broke on the side after two moths of using them. Literally the screw on the side just dissappeared.
Customer service for online shopping is a shame. They really dont care that you spent more than 200 usd for such a bad item and atention quality.
