Ordered what was supposed to be tested, used part. Apparently it was used and tested by the damn crash test dummies! Broken clips upon arrival and no broken pieces in the box which tells me it was packed broken. Absolute garbage company!

Avoid OEM Used Auto Parts (oemusedautoparts1.com) at all costs. They are a completely untrustworthy operation hiding behind a website.
I ordered a part from them, and they completely ripped me off. They sent me a completely broken/defective part. They debited my account. The car radio for a Honda CRV arrived with out the face. Completely useless and non-functional.
When I tried to contact customer service to get a refund or a replacement, they responded to the first two emails claiming they were going to resolve the matter. After that they completely disappeared and ghosted me. I had no alternative but to contact my bank. And initiate a fraudulent claim.
They take your money, ship junk (or nothing), and then disappear. Check their F-rating on the BBB before you even think about giving them a dime. I am forcing a chargeback through my bank. Save yourself the massive headache and buy your auto parts from a legitimate, verified local salvage yard instead.

Very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered an overhead console for my 2013 Ram 1500, and the part I received was dirty and damaged in multiple areas. The condition was nowhere near what I expected from a used OEM part being sold to a customer. It got even worse when I tried installing it. The console became stuck in the overhead mounting area and was extremely difficult to remove. After installing it, the dome lights worked, but later my truck battery was completely dead. I can't say with certainty that the console caused the battery drain, but considering the condition the part arrived in, I am not comfortable reinstalling it or trusting the electrical components.I specifically bought this part expecting something usable that I could install and leave in the truck. Instead, I received a damaged, dirty part that caused me more trouble than it was worth. I'm going back to my original console and will not be using this one again. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another used part from this seller. Parts should be properly inspected and accurately represented before being shipped to customers.

One more negative review. Purchased a part it was not the right one. I wanted to exchange it or return it and buy the correct one. Followed their instructions and tried calling thevnumber but so far crickets. Do not waste your money. What you think you are saving by buying from them just turns into a more expensive deal. Super shady operation.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is truly false advertisement. What you see in the add is not what you will receive. Then when you try to reach out to OEM to fix the issue,, you'll never hear back from them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The order process was fine the part arrived on time but it was broken and can’t be installed. After several emails back and forth promising someone would be looking into a replacement, almost a month later they stopped responding. No refund or further promises of replacement. Decent prices on the mirror and the color matched my car but the broken/missing mounting lug makes it useless. Looks like most reviews are one star reviews so what does that tell you?

Avoid OEM Used Parts at all costs! Save yourself the headache. I placed an order through OEM Used Parts’ website and never received an order confirmation, tracking number, or even a confirmation email. After waiting, I reached out through their online customer service portal to get an update on my order.

The only response I received was an automated message acknowledging my inquiry. After that, I received no follow-up, no status update, and no response from customer service. I showed the charge from my bank, again to be met with no response.

Communication is a basic expectation when ordering parts online, especially when customers are spending their hard-earned money and waiting on parts needed to repair their vehicles. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating and has left me uncertain about the status of my order.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company unless they improve their customer service and communication with customers. I have also let my friends and family know of my experience.

I needed a passenger side rear view mirror. They had the entire assembly in stock, with slight scratches that they pictured, for cheaper than buying a single component from Ford. Shipped fast, I swapped it out, and worked perfectly with the Bronco Sports BLIS. I was worried since I read reviews after I had already ordered but it worked out perfectly for me.

I had bought a windshield for my 2008 BMW 650i . I paid for it and everything and I never received it or heard anything back from them by phone or e mail. So I am out $450.00

I ordered a radio for a 2016 Dodge Ram and e-mailed them to get the VIN to unlock the security. Long story short over a period of 3 weeks We went back and forth requesting the VIN and "going to get it to you first thing in the morning." I final just sent it back and requested a refund. They withheld $28.95 for a restocking fee and when I inquired about it they smitten it was on them and their Ai not didn't relay the message to them in time. They blamed it on Ai😅. Anyway they are adamant about not refunding the restocking fee which the return was due to their negligence. Piss poor customer service.

Scammers! Sent me a broken part. Even though they have a 90 day return window AND I bought the extended 1 year warranty, they won't refund or replace the product. Just an email response saying that someone will be in contact with me.

Warning!!!!!! Before you buy anything from this website read all the bad reviews they have all the reviews complaining about people been scam, sending wrong parts or damaged parts the same they send it to me, DONT BUY anything from here because if you do is not way to call them on the phone the provide it is just a machine saying to email them, and when you do they never reply neither they not even show their names on the emails because they are nothing but scammers.

I ordered a left tail light and received a right tail light. At first there was a reply from their support. But now, crickets. Making a BBB complaint and hoping for the best. I recommend you steer clear of ordering anything from them.

They have, as of 07/28/2026, refunded my money.

Received a new infotainment system for my 2019 Honda Civic. Once I received it had an anti theft security code, oemusedparts said with the donor vin Honda will give me the access code. The support took 4 days to give me the vin after constant emails to remind them. Once I received the vin Honda said they couldn’t do anything for me. Now the support said they will email me the procedure for a refund. But the support has been dodging my emails the past week and won’t send me anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

My friend needed a (discontinued) climate control module for his 2011 pickup truck. I received the part only to find that it did not power on. Upon further inspection, of the supposed "guaranteed" working part I found that it was full of corrosion. I tried to take all of the appropriate steps to request a return but was faced with endless delays on return emails and vehicle verification process that seemed made up by a company that didn't even have the common courtesy and professionalism to state their name on an email. Sadly, this is one of those google sponsored sites that you get when you search for something. Google needs to revisit and investigate who it sponsors. After being ignored and genuinely taken for a ride with a non existent return policy by an entity that remained nameless and unprofessional during my weeks long journey to seek a replacement or refund, I felt that my time was worth more than the part I ordered and giving anymore of it to Oemusedautoparts1.com was not going to continue. I just wish that since Google made it a priority to place them first on the search list, it should take responsibility for what appears to be an endless amount of several documented cases against this company. The star rating is severely skewed and further search related queries should be halted until they both get there acts together. To those considering buying from this site, I strongly recommend trying elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible. Don`t waste your time with these morons. They did not send the donor VIN along with the used radio I purchased from them and so I wasted money at the dealership trying to get it unlocked and reprogrammed. They should have sent it right along with the radio and they knew they should have. Their customer service keeps telling me they are getting the VIN pulled and will have it sent right away. Thats been two days now. And you can`t talk to anyone live either. It`s all by email only. Complete joke, go elsewhere!

Charged in full day of the order and provided order number. Then received no merchandise, no order confirmation, no shipping information, and no response to request for information. Disputed the charge.

I purchased a used knee airbag and upon installing it the airbag was scratched to the point that it snagged my pants and ruined them. I did not install the airbag at that time because I thought it would do it again if I were to rub my leg on the k ee airbag again in the future. I informed the company and they said that under the company policy it was normal to have scratches and therefore they would not give me a full refund and pay for shipping to send it back to them. I am unhappy with these people and do not suggest that anyone do business with them under these circumstances. If you get a defective part from them they will not return it for a full refund. I give this company a Fat F- for their failure to do business ethically and honestly. Beware of this company!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a tire waited patiently and a week and half later my order was cancelled with no communication no reason. Just cancelled and refunded. I emailed them no repsonse. Save your money.
