I thought the arrangement was pretty on the computer when I selected it. however when it was sent to my manager's daughter they thought it was not full enough with the floral arrangement.

$200 flowers and vase delivered to Package room
I was hoping they were going to deliver the flowers in person and not drop off to the package room of the attorneys office building. The flowers were not picked up until the following day. As a person who loves receiving flowers there is nothing more special than having someone personally come and deliver flowers to you. The way this was done was so impersonal and if that was the way the same day delivery is handled then that takes the beauty and magic away and I will not do that again. paying $200 for flowers to be delivered in the box to the package room and then not received until the following day was very unexpected and disappointing.

Unfortunately, at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, all deliveries are required to go through the building’s messenger center, and couriers are not permitted upstairs. This is a strict building policy, not something we can override, but we’re very sorry it made the experience feel less personal. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our delivery team as we always want each delivery to feel thoughtful and memorable.

Package was not delivered on the date…
Package was not delivered on the date it was scheduled.
Received no notice that there was a problem.
When I inquired next day as to what happened- they said it was damaged in transit and could not remake for the same time.
They did refund the order. And apologized for not letting me know.

I really appreciate the idea of this…
I really appreciate the idea of this company and the minimalist aesthetic, but if you are going to offer bunches of JUST roses, then the quality of each of those roses needs to be excellent, and it is not.
The delivery and customer service was good, but the product just did not live up to expectations.
