You did not deliver on the day promised…

You did not deliver on the day promised and when I reached out, your staff informed me that my office- which has 24 hour mailroom, security and reception was “closed.” Ridiculous.

I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the delivery instructions.

For this particular building, access to the loading dock requires a certificate of insurance to be filed in advance. Since this was a one-time delivery, we didn’t have that on file, which limited where our courier was allowed to leave the package. We did attempt delivery during the requested 5–9pm window and tried to leave it with the front desk, but at that time they were unable to accept responsibility for it.

Thank you for the most beautiful flowers for my Aunt's 93rd Birthday. The flowers are exceptional. Due to delivery problems, I reached out and customer service was beyond excellent!

The product was not what was expected. The flowers fell off all over the desk and floor the first day and the second day.

Very easy process

Very easy process — I really appreciated the simplicity of the arrangement. The roses were beautiful, more like garden roses, and perfect for congratulating someone without going for an overly large bouquet.

I also loved the presentation, especially the bag labeled “Flowers à la Parisienne.” As a French woman, it felt like a perfect little wink.
