Some issues that company helped to resolve. Product is great.
I love the product and the randomness. I had some issues that odd sox reached out with me directly to resolve. It seemed like when I joined customer support was difficult to obtain, but it seems like it is getting quite a bit better. Overall highly recommend.

I do not recommend the Dr.Pepper compression socks. The way the threads are made to make the logos ends up cutting the blood circulation. You guys should maybe reconsider this one. But my two other pairs are very comfortable.

Sizing
According to the website sizing chart its all wrong. I ordered accordingly, the item didn't fit and was told I need to pay to have item shipped back because they messed up!

In addition to our email correspondence, the prepaid return label was sent via an entirely different email. Your phone is disconnected, so I was unable to call or leave a voicemail to help you.

I had a question about my order that was experiencing some problems, and Jeff helped me out and assured me that there was an error on the website that was causing the problem. He was extremely helpful and supportive to customers. He was extremely responsive and answered my emails in a timely manner. as soon as the issue is solved, I will be ordering from Odd Sox immediately!!!!

These boxer briefs fix my 8 year old…
These boxer briefs fix my 8 year old perfectly. He is a big kiddo and the size small is perfect for him. The patterns choices are super fun and the seam are in all the right places.
I just wish there was incentives/sales. These briefs are a bit expensive and I was hoping to keep the price closer to 15.00 per boxer.

There’s no opening in front
There’s no opening in front. They don’t fit the same as my Fruit of the Loom shorts that are the same size. So I’d say they’re barely acceptable.
