Only just heard that Octopus Energy is now in Spain. Compared rates against Endesa, so much better plus Octopus 100% renewable energy. Contacted them by email and promptly received a reply from Daniela, who could not be more helpful, exchange of data via emails then a telephone call to verify I’m the account holder etc and cross check data correct. Then prompt emails confirming my new account. Service from Daniela was superb, so helpful, professional and efficient. Can not recommend you switch enough, so easy.
