Love the whole program and ropes are great quality

I think the products are fantastic, so much so that after having my rope (Phoenix) for several weeks I ordered my wife a Funky Zen as she wanted a lighter rope. Customer service is fantastic. I wouldn't complain if shipping was a little fast but that's more because of my impatience that any problems receiving my product. I have seen some say they were not fond of the app, and while I agree that the yearly subscription is a high, I was able to get a deal with my wife's rope for a year and I jumped on it because I felt the app and the lessons on the app were very helpful for someone completely new to rope flow.

Rope flow is so smooth and relaxing, to get body and mind in sink to start the day. Works stretching all muscles.easy to use.

I bought Octomoves as an easy way to get some cardio when challenged to get outside. I am enjoying learning the different flows and notice how my shoulder flexibility is increasing. The movements are fun and something I look forward to doing!

I recently received my Octomoves products, which came nicely packaged and which are all of good quality. The ropes have a nice feel in the hand and a heft that flows well without being too heavy. When I emailed with a customer service question, their responses were quick, thorough, and friendly. I'm very pleased as a new customer!

The underlying idea behind this product is novel compared to most other fitness products that are being marketed heavily on the internet. I was intrigued and remain intrigued now that I have a rope and have started using the instructional app. The detail included in the program is worth the cost to me and I believe that most individuals would be able to appreciate how easily "flow" can fit into an overall fitness program. Customer service was outstanding when I had a small problem.

As an in very good shape 68 year old dad of young (19, 11, 5) kids, I work hard to obtain good health, strength, through perseverance, functional fitness and mobility. The Swan fits right into that alley. I have a judo related shoulder injury, and flowing is helping me to slowly regain my mobility and strength back.

Super fast delivery and very happy with my rope. Exclusive, elegant and flows beautifully with a cool woosh.
It’s on the expensive side, though.

awesome product, the first lessons online gets you to a point where you can enjoy the flow very quickly and still requires technic and training to masterise the dragon roll. i love it !

I find octomoves very useful in exercising. The only small quibble would be the price. They should offer good deals every so often.

My ropes arrived quickly. They were boxed and it was exciting to open them. My foundational course was easy to follow and I’m making my way through it. I love using my rope and I hope to make it a regular part of my day. After just one use I really noticed a difference in my bum shoulder.

My rope just arrived, I'm watching videos.....cant wait to be proficient enough to to add to my exercise routine
