I placed an order and received my package within 12 days. The product was perfect but I had ordered the incorrect size. I e-mailed Octipa and received a replay later that day. They will be sending me the right size at no extra cost. Jade is extremely helpful and follows-up constantly. Great company, will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

I placed an order on the 28th of August and received a confirmation email and a tracking number. When I went on to Buffalo Courier I could not find my order. I sent an email to Octipa On Sunday and they replied that they would investigate immediately. I received a follow-up on email yesterday stating that my order has been re-replaced at no extra cost to myself. I should receive my order in 12 days. I am confident that this will be the case as I have ordered from them three times before And have never had a problem with my delivery. So besides a great product, they give great services as well.

Great after sale service. I bought these for my mother and we had a size issue. Octipa was quick to respond and offer a generous solution.
The underwear themselves are high quality, good material and feel.

Great quality. Communication is promt and helpful. I want to exchange it for a bigger size. Octipa replied that they will send the bigger size for free and that I can keep the smaller size for a gift.

My experience with Octipa has been nothing short of amazing. I ordered a set of Octipa undies as a gift, and ordered the wrong size. I panicked and wrote a quick email asking for help. In a flash they replied, and said not to worry, just measure the hips, and send the new size through. Our new order in already out with the powers of courier. Thanks to Octipa for handling our sizing issue quickly and hassle free.

I ordered panties,and needed to exchange them for another size. I was informed that Octipa will send me the new Size at no Cost! And that I don't have to return my first order but to keep it or Gift it, which is what I will be doing. Amazing Service, definitely a first for me! I don't know of any company doing this... Will definitely use them from now on. I can't wait to receive my order and live a more comfortable life.

I ordered my usual size and it was too tight, so I contacted Octipa, and they immediately replaced it with one size bigger. The product is great, and really keeps you confident that you can survive those little "oopsies" and even not-so-little oopsies.

I was hesitant about buying these undergarments and now I know that I was right about trusting Octipa. The service has been amazing. The staff is so kind and polite. But besides the staff who is wonderful is the quality of their products. We tried some of their competitors . Octipa is far superior to anything else on the market. Outstanding!
I ordered some underwear for my mother. I was horrified when I opened the package to see it was a size small and my mom is a large. I checked the order and I had ordered a small so it was my mistake. I decided to contact Octipa and tell them what I did. Even though I knew that underwear cannot be changed. How wrong I was. Not only are they sending me the correct size, but they are doing it at no extra charge even though it was my fault. They suggested I donate the undrwear that is the wrong size to someone in need and that is what I am going to do. When I took the underwear out of the package I could feel how good the material was and how it would work for incontinence. I am so looking forward to giving my mom the right size. Thank you Octipa for your quick delivery, helpful service and the way you have given dignity back to so many ladies.

When my order arrived, I discovered that I had ordered the wrong size. I wrote to them, and they are sending me another order with the correct size, totally free of charge. No if's or but's! Great company with excellent customer service!

I received my order and only realized that I made a mistake with a product size and immediately sent a mail to ask how they can assist me. The outcome was that they will send me the correct size for free and that I can give the incorrect size to anyone I wish and fit.

Excellent customer service!

I am thrilled with the product now that Ive had a chance to use these panties! They are comfortable, and wash and wear very well.
I had immediate responses to my queries and changing my order before delivery, and so find both the product and the ordering and delivery process very satisfying for a first time buyer.

Although I had to wait almost 2 months for my order to arrive. I am more than happy with the great product which I eventually received. Verry well made and fits perfect.
Will order again at a later stage.

I had my doubts because of the late delivery. I thought it was a fake outlet. But I got my order and the size fits me.

Using the product today for the first time, and so far so good. Will give an updated review later once I have really used the product. Service was very professional and goods received faster than I thought I would receive it.
