I'm a small business owner with a very unusual store name. My domain expired today and they purchased it. It is true that I did not renew, but this is a clear attempt to hold me hostage to get my domain back. I am a very small business that opened at the beginning of Covid. Don't do business with them unless you intend on getting ripped off. Straight up evil!!!!!!!!!

July 07 2020 I signed a contract to have Octalogo, Design Eminent, Design Raptor ( and they have many other Titles).
It is now Sept 2022 and I still haven't received a finished workable website.
They constantly ask for more money above the original contract and make unfulfilled promises.
Their communication is almost nil except at the end of each month when they want more money to reach their own financial quotas and have done little or nothing.
We are now are at a standstill and have to consider suing, if we can even pinpoint who and where they are.
This has been a absalutely horrible experience.

Another scam from Octalogo, I have now lost 6 months of productive work, and my investment is lost. I strongly advice everyone to stay clear of this scam that in my opinion is nothing more than organized crime. I have recieved absolutely nothing, and so far I have not seen any signs of any refund either.

If you feel scammed or lost money on your customer experience with Octalogo I am planning a lawsuit and want payback, let us all collaborate in a shared effort taking down this scam once and for all!

my name is Michael and I'm the guitarist in an up and coming rock n roll band called INSTYNKT.
The band is doing a lot at the moment and everything was falling the right way except the bands logo.
I started to draw up some designs and eventually came up with something the resembled the original band name Animal INSTYNKT, so I thought to keep the animal them. I drew a cross with a snake raped around it, a ram skull, wings coming out of an old clock and a flower with a Latin script, ALEA IACTA EST. I did some research trying to put this design together and the first option to came up was Design Planetarium.
I sent an email and Shane Francis replied back pretty quick and enthusiastic. we started to get to work straight away. I was very impressed with the effort Shane and his team did and highly recommend Shane for your design job needed.
after we finished the bands logo he then went a step further and asked for us to make an animation of the logo which was insane and much better then what we anticipated.

My review is brief for now. I am awaiting urgent response from them. Failing which a detailed review will follow. For now hold back from giving any work to them !
Have been contacting them everyday ! But no response ! Substantial money has been taken but no delivery yest ! More to follow soon ! How can they have 75% good reviews ? All fake !
They now don't respond at all ! Asking for more money !

If you're looking to waste of your money, time and designs they did then you're at the right place. Don't go any other place to do so. They are doing very good.

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. They are not legitimate also refer other companies under their banner/ alias' Octa Group, design eminent, Design logo and Logosensation.

They have changed their domain name octologo.com to octalogo.com and came back to scam people. Check them as octologo reviews here on Trustpilot.

They are fraud. Not located in the USA and not speaking English well.

The worst experience with this. Please make sure to do your research. Every time I tried to expose this fraud of a company I got reported to Trustpilot. I am begging you to take your money elsewhere. Their good reviews are written by them. Their company is not in the USA, it is either near India or Bangladesh, but not New Jersey. I am a police offer, and my pale(detective) and I went searching for this company on a warrant. Don't get scam by them, we recently reported them to the FBI for further investigation.

ONCE IT IS DONE AND YOUR HOSTING EXPIRES, THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU ABSURD AMOUNTS TO RENEW YOUR HOSTING SERVICE. IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE THE WEBSITE YOU ALREADY PAID FOR TO ANOTHER SERVER THEY WILL THEN DECIDE TO CHARGE YOU FOR WEBSITE OWNERSHIP. ALMOST ABOUT THE SAME PRICE YOU PAID FOR TO HAVE THE WEBSITE IN THE FIRST PLACE. BELIEVE I HAD A WEBSITE WITH THEM.

This Company spent 2 years trying to "finish my website" and charging my card several times without my authorization for large amounts. I am done with them, they did not finish the job that I paid for and after all the red flags I believe this company is just a scam.

This company is a fraud! Stay away at all costs. They steal your money then hold your domain hostage. They should be shut down! Total scam, horrible! They make all false promises and just keep asking for more payments. Totally disrupted my business!

They are theft. They got $500 from me and never finished the website. When I started complaining, they stole my domain and shut down my website.

12/14/2022 Update: Now they fight back with the bad reviews. The Trust Pilot asked me reference number by their request, of course. It was too hard for me to find it since the purchase made back in 2016
however, I found it and shared it with the Trust Pilot. You guys will never make it. BE AWAY FROM THEM; THEY ARE BIG-TIME THEFT. THEY ARE NOT EVEN LOCATED IN THE USA.

OCTALOGO are requesting negative reviews to be removed for unjust reasons, so its likely there are far more negative reviews than are being shown.

For your reference to confirm I was a 'Customer', ref #20863 in 2020, so may not be on your system anymore. If this review gets removed then I’ll write a fresh one.

This Company is a scam to the majority! It’s that simple.

- poor final product (eventually, yawn)
- poor complaints procedure (no feedback)

People! Take note of the bad reviews, they are key!

They never completed our site and registered our domain name in the name of an Indian company, not the name we agreed to. Now, they are telling us they will not complete the work and we will be losing our domain unless we pay them $799 to register it for life. They also refuse to initiate the transfer. This company appears to be no different than the Indian Call Scammers. Every time they do call, it is to lie to us about some new upgrade that they say is necessary, but we find out is something that is truly free. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company has been sending me spam texts & e-mails. They are not registered in the State of Florida or any other state that I can see. Ask them and do your research before you do business with any of these companies.

SERVICE IS AWEFUL......I hired this company to design a logo.. which was ok. then I hired them to do my website they charged me over 1000 dollars for professional website with ecommerce, email the works that is not working properly and that has not been tested before going live. I have been pushed off on different account managers who have yet to complete what I paid for. I have been getting message through my social media platforms telling me that my website is not working. my clients are sending emails that are not reaching me. they are trying to download forms that are coming back with error messages. I've lost clients because of this company not completing my website and full setup before going live even though I've paid them for a website that is not working correctly....the ask me to pay more money each time they mess up. The customer service is awful. These are all the people who has done absolutely nothing but ask for more money for service that was not completed that was already paid in full...….Allen Stanley, Joshua Augustine, Ross Spence , and Troy Sanders are everyone who has been involved on my website and no one can resolve

Their "legal team" keeps threatening to take away a logo they created for me. I laugh in their face. Seriously, if you're going to try to scam me learn some punctuation. Also, they do not have a freaking clue between trademarks and patents. Stay away from these clowns and respond to them.
