We use ocean for our computer support and they are fantastic, we are not computer savvy and any problem no matter how small they log straight in and fix the problem, and when we really break it they come out on site same day.

Good business to deal with but when some employees left their company, they failed to keep record of admin login on our companies computers, not the best thing as they took a while to sort it out, i felt bad for the new guys but other than that they are always helpful :)

Ocean provide all of our communication services, which allow: 135 PDA's on a reliable network, 11 PC's + anti-virus protection, 3 fibre connections with failover in place, 2 broadband connections, and 35 x SIP lines primary/35 x secondary fail over to operate effortlessly.

Ocean Telecom are brilliant. We have over 30 mobile phones which they sort all the contracts for. Ocean also deal with all our landlines and internet. They are always very helpful and reliable. We have been using them for over 25 years, we like that we can call them for help or even pop in to see them in their shop.
