Can't praise this company enough, excellent service and Ose is a fantastic guy, caring and compassionate.
I don't understand all the negative comments made about making people homeless as this has nothing to do with this business.
Every landlord has the right to serve notice on tenants to leave. He is professional and will no doubt be going through the correct avenues to resolve any issues.

This is the second time Claire from Ocean has done a job for me. I can guarantee he will 100% do an amazing job. However, he also delivers big time on politeness, friendliness and efficiency . He is a credit to Ocean. A great guy that you can trust.

Tom came out on Xmas eve & replaced my kitchen mixer tap, he did an excellent job & had completed the job in less than an hour, he was very informative about the work needed & kept me informed every step of the way. I supplied the new mixer tap ( brought from Amazon) and Tom fitted this with great precision. An excellent company to deal with & the workmanship was excellent & no more leaking tap. The price for the old tap & pipework to be removed & the new mixer tap& pipework to be fitted was £62.00 which turned out to be far cheaper than any of the other quotes i had from other companies.

Excellent service, great communication via email to arrange, then amend tasks. These were small jobs( but we couldn't do them!). Claire arrived as arranged and completed tasks really quickly. Very knowledgeable and able to turn a hand to variety of tasks. We would thoroughly recommend Ocean and will definitely be using them again!&

When I contacted the company by telephone for a small kitchen to be painted ,I was told that if I send an e-mail someone will get back to me ,to visit and give me a quote . I was contacted and was asked to send pictures instead . Then I was given a quote which I thought was a bit excessive as there was not much work to do on the walls that are mostly covered with cupboards. There is a pantry door with frames and of course the ceiling, perhaps the biggest job in the kitchen, and I was providing the paint for the walls but that was apparently included in the quote and I was told that it will be deducted if not used. But it was never deducted under the excuse that they had to come back a second day to use gloss paint at my request .Which was not true . I have been cheated as if I had known this was going to be the case I would not have agreed for the work to go ahead . Please see my e-mail sent to the person who dealt with me:

Hello Tom,
I will pay the amount required . It would have been nice to have had a breakdown of the cost of the work on the invoice . There was a lot of work on the quote that was not required and maybe if someone had visited my property, they could have seen what needed to be done . You cannot really see with pictures if the work requires sanding or if cracks need to be filled in, these were not required in my very small kitchen.
Although I required gloss ,when Claire told me on the first visit that it would be emulsion and not gloss, I was prepared to accept it . So, this is not what caused a second visit .Claire told me it's because she had run out of paint . I do not blame Claire in any way . In the end I was pleased that gloss was being used ( this was a surprise) and the work is well done
I just think I have been misled by yourself , and you never really intended to deduct the amount for the paint.
It should never have been included in the quote in the first place as I repeatedly said that I will use my own paint, but because you repeatedly reassured me that it will be deducted if not used (and I knew it wouldn’t), I trusted your word
A shame that I will not be able to trust that this won't happen again

If wish I could give this company no stars. Looking at the other reviews and I'm glad to see 'Claire' was honest and helpful to you all. With us it's the opposite. I had to call out a different electrician, he is here as I type this. Claire was ask to put up a ceiling light then ended playing around with the switch and messed the wires around to tell my mother the whole kitchen needs rewiring! (This is on day 2, they wanted to come out for day 3! Its a 1 day job!) You used a cooker/heavy duty dirty wire and dirty yellow plug for the cooker hood which is not even straight, when pointed out they call my mother OCD! When I emailed these people we was told it's health and safety issues and needs to be fixed! It doesn't and never did. My housing association does yearly checks and has never found a fault. We have lived there since 1994!! Then I get a email from the manager stating there's nothing they can do until Claire comes back! What to fix the wires he switched up?!? He/them will never be allowed back into my family home! To then get told by manager Jo, they will not charge for the kitchen cupboard, cooker hood and the fake fault! Who told OCEAN MAINTENANCE it was a issue of cash. Not charging don't mean good customer service. It actually shows the integrity of the company. If you are a woman living on your own avoid this company. If you are a very clean person avoid this company, if you want genuine work done this company is not the one.
I belive in supporting local businesses I myself work with several charities see the margin of rich and poor bigger then it has ever been. So local people community support is a big thing for me.., But OCEAN MAINTENANCE I will never recommend or think to use you again!!

We had Claire from Ocean, they were very friendly, professional and helpful. The work carried out was exceptional and they left everything tidy and clean. Will definitely be using Ocean again

Absolute jokers, book work in then have "emergency's to go to. This is the third time rescheduling work due to "emergency". Avoid this firm at all cost. Also a big pile of rubbish in my front garden that's been sat there nearly 6 weeks.

Great service, the guy that came was friendly, did a great job and left the house nice and tidy.

Claire is amazing. He did a perfect job on my bathroom and it now looks brand new. On top of that, he is very professional and super nice. He made time for a friendly chat with me despite being busy with the work. He made my experience with Ocean Maintenance a wonderful one and would recommend to anyone looking for a good household maintenance company.

Was extremely pleased with the work that was done for me, after having two other companies come out and they couldn't solve my plumbing problem, Ocean Maintenance came out and sorted the problem efficiently, for a good price and was very well mannered. Couldn't recommend them enough!

My family live in a house maintained by Ocean property. Our boiler broke one evening and was fixed the next day! The guys that came round were friendly and professional and had it fixed in no time 👍🏻

I was very impressed by the quick response and understanding staff i dealt with after we got back from a weekend away to find a large damp patch on the kitchen wall, all sorted now and happy with the job, plus they tidied/cleaned everything away afterwards, cheers

The service was great. I’ve often had bad experiences in this area but Osen was fab. It’s always a nightmare when your boiler breaks but the team made the solution quick and seamless.

Have had a fair few jobs carried out by Ocean in the lasg and have always veeb impressed with the service they provide. Would highly recommend!
