My delivery was cancelled for some…
My delivery was cancelled for some bizarre reason - I ordered 10 bottles from the Oceanfree website a week ago on the 7th but got notification delivery was coming from Amazon which was then cancelled! I then contacted Ocean Free by phone and email and said I needed delivery asap for a certain date - they have said early this coming week (it's sunday 14th today) so we'll see if it arrives in time for what we need it for! Love the product but very disappointed with service!

Good hand sanitiser but delivery was ridiculously expensive
I put in an order, thought, on the website, that it said free delivery on orders over £10, but got charged £8 for delivery, but it wasn't mentioned until I was charged it when I had paid. Then, I didn't receive what I had ordered until 6 days later, I felt £8 delivery was a lot for such a long time for delivery.
Otherwise the hard sanitiser I ordered arrived in one piece. We had ocean free hand sanitiser from last year, it lasts well and proved to be a good hand sanitiser which is why I ordered a 5l container of it for our small charity

After 18+ months of Covid and scores of different hand sanitiser brands, my family has been using Ocean Free for the past few months and can wholeheartedly recommend their 80% hand rub.
The first 10 litres was bought via amazon, but we now buy direct from Ocean Free.

Everything smooth more or less
Everything smooth more or less. Fast shipping. Unique issue preventing the 5th star is that there was a leakage of liquid hand sanitizer from the jugs. 2 jugs out of 4 were therefore wet being hosted into a thin plastic bag. Just a negligible portion of sanitizer was lost, but the labels of the jugs lost some color and all the parcel bottom was wet. Most probably the parcel travelled not on the proper side. But the cap of the jug should be improved.

Bought some Sanitiser gel from OceanFree and it is superb, smells great and dries quickly - one of the best we've tried and at a great price with fast delivery. Would recommend to use them.
