I’ve been reading the reviews. I find it to quite interesting that we all pretty much had the same experience. Do they actually train their salespeople to be so very aggressive? I kept telling the two people that were after me to buy, that I couldn’t afford their products. But I intensely pressured to spend $500! Customer service - negative a million stars. Products - a million stars. lol Even though I still feel irritated with the experience. I absolutely LOVE their products! But now I buy them on Amazon. WAY less expensive & no abrasive salespeople!

I was pulled into the TD Square location in Calgary by an extremely pushy sales woman. I was open to hearing her out, as I had some people on my Christmas list that like beauty products. I was then pressured into buying $300 dollars worth of skin and nail care that I didn’t want in order to leave this interaction. I am an assertive person and I expressed multiple times that I did not have the budget or the desire to be upsold on these kinds of things, but every time I attempted to leave she would pull me back and try to sell me something else. I eventually caved and just said yes and left. I had IMMEDIATE buyer’s remorse but it was all final sale (“COVID policy”) and I just left in shame.
In the spirit of fairness, I will update my review once I have used the skincare in question for a time. However, no matter how good this skincare is, I will not be returning to this store and I will be cancelling the “pretty expensive” (direct quote from the salesperson) facial I was also pressured into booking. I regret giving my information to this organization and I encourage others to stay away from this business.
I got the product and it’s like it was separated, it doesn’t look like a gel, it was more oily with big white chunks in it, and I paid $100 for that?
Ocean’s white pearl peeling gel is so amazing. I love the product!

I love your White Pearl Line. So light and clean feeling. Never ever any greasy residue and always feeling so luxurious. I have not found White Pearl yet on the Forever Flawless line but will keep looking for it.
I bought one of the product from TD mall Calgary Canada, and I did not appreciate the pressure and the over-the-top performance by the salesmen selling them. I saw a review where you stated that all the shops are franchises, and you have no control over how the salespeople behave. If I were you, I would have control, since they represent your brand, your reputation, and your products. It’s okay to show the products to customers, but please don’t make them to buy!
I only bought this so that I can leave the shop.

I received my products on time and they are the items I selected. I love Oceane products.
I was about to try their products but thanks to the staff that are working in palazzo shop in LV I will never do it . They wanted to show me how to use the products but a guy came and suddenly told me to take 2 samples and leave without explanation. They made my day of course. Thanks

Website is responsive. Live chat is helpful. Maya is amazing. And your shipping it phenomenal. The products are excellent and I only wish I could afford to buy them all at once and not just one at a time and when they are on sale. :-)
I have yet to get a confirmation of my order and have not received a thing. Very disappointed with this company and it’s poor communication. Is this a scam?

I purchased a package at the Oceane retail location at the Natick Mall, in Framingham MA. After stating that I did not want to spend money on the products, the salesperson spent 3 hours showing me various products and as well as applying some different treatments. The salesperson was excited that the treatment worked so well on me, I was younger than the typical clientele and he wanted me to help promote the product for a different audience. I left the store spending $3559.38.
That night, I came to the decision that the products were not right for me for a number of different reasons. Most important of which is a reaction my skin had- swelling of the eye, nose and cheek. My husband returned to the store the next day. The store was open but the lights were off and there was no one there. On the following day, he returned again and spoke at length with a salesperson that was there on the day of my purchase, with the hopes of getting reimbursed for my purchase. I was not informed of the refund policy at the time of my purchase, but when I went back, we were informed that there was nothing they could do despite the fact that the products remained in their unopened containers.
I emailed the general manager for a refund, agreeing to pay for a restocking fee and willing to provide pictures or any other documentation she needed. However, she did not respond. I want to be reimbursed for a product that I did not open or use, but caused a reaction after I tried it in the store. My goal was to use and promote a product that I strongly believed in and that was beneficial to my overall health and wellness. For me, this was not the case.
Overall, my satisfaction with this product was my number one priority. It seems this company's return policy is their priority, not customer satisfaction or wellness, as they convincely stated before my purchase.
