Affordable price, Very fast delivery.
They offered a quick delivery when no one else could. I've placed the order and two days later I had my paddle board delivered - co I could have a present under the Christmas tree. Paddle board was well packed - the huge backpack with all items was protected with a nice box - which was the largest present under the tree.

I had accidentally bought two vouchers…
I had accidentally bought two vouchers instead of one and the Ocean Crew team were very quick to refund me and send on the voucher I wanted. Great customer service and can't wait to use the voucher.
