Went with the family to kos last july. Hotel is a million miles off the 4 star advertised ( not ocean elements fault) simply avoid it it is awful. The OE mountain bikes were simply not looked after and a number were not roadworthy and dangerous to ride; no guided tours as advertised. That said the local OE staff were lovely. However also no childcare for under 2's as advertised which ruined the holiday. Management totally dismisive of our complaints. Would never use again, and note they are not part of ABTA anymore having gone out of business and pheonix risen so you are likely not protected. Avoid, far better and more professional alternatives out there.

Our holiday was cancelled by Ocean Elements in May we are still awaiting a refund, it’s now the 28 September
Booked to go on our fourth holiday with them in May. Its now the 28th September and they are still refusing to provide us with a refund, even though by law they have two weeks.
Do not believe what they have written on their website abut refunds, its false.
They no longer provide anyway of contacting them other than email, do next expect to talk to someone at this company.
Avoid like the plague probably close to going under, plenty of other providers out there.
Shame, as you can see from my previous review, I used to be fond of this company.

Tried to book a sailing course with ocean elements. Was told that we had places. We talked to them over 4 days to confirm. On the day of the actual course we arrived got out on the water with zero instruction. Towed about to find a bit of breeze. After an hour we were told that was it. I had booked a 3 hour lesson each day with my daughter. When we got towed back to shore we were told there was no spaces by their so called manager Tom as the member of staff Hugo wasn't working that day. Later I was out running and saw both Tom and Hugo working. I stopped only to be told he wasn't working and the issue had not been discussed. So I turned up at 9:30 the next day to be told what I knew that there wasn't a place on a course that I had booked and paid for. So I was very annoyed with the service and told them so in small words they could understand. From a health and safety standard they took no details except name and my telephone number. From the time we spent on the one hour we had zero instruction from a man called JT or JP or something along those lines. So if you want to learn to sail look elsewhere. These people are poor in pretty much everything they do.

Gone bust - looks like Ocean Elements have gone bust as they have stopped taking phone calls and don’t respond to emails any more. They still took my money last week though. Nightmare!

We had one of our best ever holidays last month on an Ocean Elements flotilla. The boat was great - much more modern than some of the opposition offer - and the weather and scenery were stunning.
What was the icing on the cake was the professionalism and hard work put in by the Ocean Elements crew (Matt, Freya and George). Not only were they eternally cheerful and helpful (you expect that...), they really went the extra mile to make sure everyone on the flotilla was having a great holiday.
We will definitely be back!

Great holiday, couldn’t ask for more

I have recently returned from Kos where I took part in sailing courses 1 and 2. the tuition was excellent as were all the staff, very helpful and patient. Great fun and would definitely recommend. Top marks to Ocean Elements. :-)

Just home from a great week in Porto Heli with Ocean Elements. I would recommend this company to go on a dingy sailing and windsurf holiday with.
Nice sailing area, with good light winds for learning - would be great for kids to get started on sailing or windsurfing. Lots of other things to do if no wind. Mountain bikes, SUP boards and canoes. The kids club looked fun, and the youth squad were always busy, parents I spoke to, who were using them said they were great.
Good to have RYA courses included in the holiday, and also very good skill clinics in the afternoons to help improve in both sailing and windsurfing. Good selection of boats and windsurf kit as well. The staff are well trained, and helpful, nothing was a problem and they were always there collect the boats and kit as you came into shore. Very quick on the safety ribs as well.
Nice mid range hotel, rooms cleaned every day, good A/C and clean bathroom.

Went to lefkas last september 13 and the whole thing was great.
The hotel was owned by locals which was good, and nothing was too much trouble.
The sailing and biking guys were really good,making it so much fun.
Never had an interest in sailing but came away with a sailing certificate!
The dinghies,canoes and bikes were all very good quality.
We have booked to go this year for 2 weeks because 1 wasn't enough.
